“This was my 1st time ordering food from this establishment. I ordered combination fried rice of shrimp, steak and chicken for 20 people! The order was ready on time and was piping hot when I picked it up. Owner carried trays to car for me. My guests love the rice and most of them asked where I got it from and asked for carry outs! “When we go to Memphis we usually dine at this PF Chang’s at least once. We are never disappointed - Food is always Delicious- Drinks top notch- Service Fabulous! Last night we had a party of 9 but was going to be straggling in- they accommodated us nicely. And with that size of party- our Server Charles did an Excellent job- no mix-ups-, all to order! Courteous & friendly! Met the Manager Erik last night as well- made sure we were taken care of at the Bar & at our Table! Til next trip to Memphis!!

However the area is not very nice unfortunately, and neither is the location. The place have tables but the restaurant was converted to delivery mostly, so there is no dining in although they still have their tables. Their menu looks smaller now than the original but they still prepare the dish if you request it. Our favorite dishes there are the broccoli and shrimp, Moo goo Gai pan, Moo Shu vegetable, vegetable lo mai and show Mai, egg Fu yong and their fry rice is fantastic!! Even in busiest days their order pick ups are no more than 20 min! The lady is very nice to us and we always customize one thing or another like extra onions in the rice, extra shrimp, more sweet and sour sauce instead of soy and duck sauce, etc“

“I rarely give reviews on a business page but the service we received today warrants it. Having been to the restaurant multiple times, we have always had awesome food and great service. Today however, was awful. Our waitress, who also appeared to be the bartender, was MIA for the majority of the time. She took our order, only to come back to the table to ask us to repeat the order., total of three items. Brought our appetizer at the same time as our food, essentially throwing it all down on the table, and then disappeared. We ran out of drinks, then had to ask the guy at the cash register for our ticket and a to-go box resulting in our having to pay at the cash register. She finally appeared to bring back the check and then became angry, calling us miserable people, when she didn't get a tip for her poor service. I don't think I can support a company who allows this kind of service.“

“Some of the best sushi I've had. All of the meat fried rice is good. Miso soup is great.

I just tried the hot and sour soup. Sad to say it was very disappointing compared to their other dishes. It tasted like weak miso with soy sauce in it. It wasn't spicy at all.“

“The General Tso's lunch was OK. The chicken pieces were, at least, bite sized. They were not breaded too much. The rice was good and there was an appropriate amount of sauce in there. It was lunch, it didn't take a long amount of time to make it and the price was right. I even got a drink with it (bonus!)“
