“When we go to Memphis we usually dine at this PF Chang’s at least once. We are never disappointed - Food is always Delicious- Drinks top notch- Service Fabulous! Last night we had a party of 9 but was going to be straggling in- they accommodated us nicely. And with that size of party- our Server Charles did an Excellent job- no mix-ups-, all to order! Courteous & friendly! Met the Manager Erik last night as well- made sure we were taken care of at the Bar & at our Table! Til next trip to Memphis!!

“2nd time, I ordered the chicken with mixed vegetables meal. Fantastically tender generous amount chicken with nice selection of veggies that are not overcooked. If I want to spice it up, I mix 1 hot mustard packet w 2 soy sauce packets. We ordered our food to go at 5:30 and it was fresh and ready to go in 20 min. I don't eat the rice as I try to low carb but hubby and mom loved the rice, egg rolls, and crab rangoons. Husband loves the fried General Tso. We always lucky to have leftovers.“

“Excelent Chinese food made on the spot. Fresh ingredients, awesome flavor. We order at least twice a week because we live in the area. However the area is not very nice unfortunately, and neither is the location. The place have tables but the restaurant was converted to delivery mostly, so there is no dining in although they still have their tables. Their menu looks smaller now than the original but they still prepare the dish if you request it. Our favorite dishes there are the broccoli and shrimp, Moo goo Gai pan, Moo Shu vegetable, vegetable lo mai and show Mai, egg Fu yong and their fry rice is fantastic!! Even in busiest days their order pick ups are no more than 20 min! The lady is very nice to us and we always customize one thing or another like extra onions in the rice, extra shrimp, more sweet and sour sauce instead of soy and duck sauce, etc“

“I rarely give reviews on a business page but the service we received today warrants it. Having been to the restaurant multiple times, we have always had awesome food and great service. Today however, was awful. Our waitress, who also appeared to be the bartender, was MIA for the majority of the time. She took our order, only to come back to the table to ask us to repeat the order., total of three items. Brought our appetizer at the same time as our food, essentially throwing it all down on the table, and then disappeared. We ran out of drinks, then had to ask the guy at the cash register for our ticket and a to-go box resulting in our having to pay at the cash register. She finally appeared to bring back the check and then became angry, calling us miserable people, when she didn't get a tip for her poor service. I don't think I can support a company who allows this kind of service.“

“Other than gnats flying around you and about to land on your food. They greet you as soon as you walk in. If you look confused they will walk up and assist you without you having to ask. The customer service and table servants are great! I always love how Asian, Chinese, Japanese, etc foods can cost less than American restaurants. Most of the dim sum dishes like har gaw has 6 pieces instead of the standard 4 like most places at the same price point. The dim sum shrimp balls are my absolute favorite on that menu. So juicy and flavorful. The more American Chinese style menu is good too. Best fried rice I've ever had. I like that it's not greasy or overloaded with soy sauce. I saw some reviews that complained about the price, but hello, unless you're living under a rock, prices of everything have increased. No you can't get fried rice for $8 anymore. The portion size is big compared to some others at similar prices. Seriously, you can only get dim sum in Memphis at 3 places, and this one is good.

“This is the best Mulan in Memphis! We saw some extra dishes here! In addition, we really enjoy the decoration!

We ordered two dishes: Hunan bandit duck, and beef brisket with tofu!!

We hope the restaurant can offer the Hunan bandit pork liver 土匪猪肝 in the future! I saw the Hunan bandit chicken and Hunan bandit duck in the menu, while the well-known Hunan bandit pork liver is not included!!

There are two pros in the restaurant: first, rice is included and you can add more if it is not enough! Second, $2 smoothie is offered but it is limited to one serving per table!!

The Hunan bandit duck is not 100% authentic because I did not see the bird eye’s chili and wild chili peppers! But I am satisfied to see that they offer this food due to the small size of the Asian community in Memphis!!

They also have a piano in the restaurant, maybe there are live music shows sometimes ??!!

We ordered two dishes for two people, we almost finished 90% of the Hunan bandit duck, and we took out the remaining dishes with added rice!!

Definitely recommend this restaurant if you want to try some spicy authentic Chinese food, the last three pages show the authentic spicy Chinese food!!
