“I was choking on a street taco, full face turning blue, seeing the gates of heaven opening in front of me, when one employee noticed he did a full dive out of the ordering window, hit a combat roll on the concrete, then immediately gave me the Heimlich, after about 10 pumps to the stomach he dislodged the street taco from my throat and saved my life. I genuinely owe this establishment my life. 10/10 experience. Food was also good.“

“I was in town for work for a couple of days, and I'm so glad I found this place. I had it for dinner both nights. I tried the street tacos as well as the specialty tacos. Chicharrón, al pastor, and barbacoa - all three were incredible, loaded, and perfectly seasoned. Hoping to come back so I can try some of the other proteins and items on the menu!“

Despite an unexpected mishap involving spilled water, Chloe went above and beyond to turn the situation around. Chloe's quick response to the accident, bringing napkins and even offering a replacement shirt, demonstrated a level of care and attention that exceeded my expectations. Her sincere apology and reassurance that incidents happen, acknowledging the human aspect of service, truly stood out. Throughout our meal, Chloe remained incredibly attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was not only salvaged but enhanced. Her dedication to customer satisfaction sets a standard for food service managers everywhere. “I’m from Texas, so I never get my hopes up when I order tacos (especially street tacos) so I don’t get disappointed. While waiting to pick a load up here in Memphis, I decided to Uber Eats some tacos. I thought these would be the basic skimpy street tacos you usually get and eat like 5 and still be hungry so I ordered 6. I’m a big guy and 3 filled me up when I can usually do 7-10 from a standard taco truck. They don’t skimp on meat, full of flavor, the Pastor were possibly the best I’ve ever had. And the asada and barbacoa would compete head to head with the best I’ve had! If you’re looking for tacos this is THE PLACE!“

“We were there in the middle of the church rush on Sunday. People were lined up to the door. But, service was fast. I ordered chicken fajitas and they were amazing. My only complaint is that I have to drive all the way to Memphis for Swanky's. Pleeeeeease bring one to Jackson TN.“
