“We dropped in to check out this breakfast spot gem on a game day and it was outstanding!! I love the walk up and order convenience. Brady and Olivia greeted us at the counter and their service was stellar! Get here before 10 am so you don't miss out! I'm glad we made the cut because the "Sold Out and See You Tomorrow" sign was taped on the front door while we waited in the line. We started off with the Cowboy Cookie while we waited for our Sleepyhead breakfast plates. Picture a chocolate chip oatmeal cookie combo with pecans. Yum! The Horchata Cold Brew was a nice in-house made blend of sweetened ice coffee and cinnamon. Our Sleepyhead meals were filling. My husband loved the jalapeño cheddar grits and my favorite was the homemade red salsa that they available have for your scrambled eggs. Sleepy Cactus is a great option for a unique Tex-Mississippi breakfast! We will be back because I want to try the chicken fajita salad and roasted street corn!“

“I love this place! The tacos are delicious, the prices are good, the staff are very friendly, what more do you want? I especially like that you can get tongue and cheek (cabeza). Al pastor (BBQ pork) is really good too. I get these every time I come. My picky eater daughter likes the chicken torta. My adventurous daughter loves the Al pastor tacos. Quesadillas are also very good.“
“Tonight was the first time to eat here and my husband and I loved it! The atmosphere and food you can’t go wrong. We had Latrice as our waitress and she was 100% the best! So sweet and very attentive on anything we needed. Highly recommend.“
