Had to wait for a seat but what do you expect when everything is done the way you want it!

Twelve people working behind the counter and they still couldn't find my order that I could see sitting there. I'll never go back must be a training location. I waited fourteen minutes to pick up an order that had already been ready.And they kept telling me they were working on it! Only 6 booths in the restaurant and I'm watching people scrape off the waffles from the iron because they don't know how to cook them.

this is hands down the best Waffle House in the Memphis area! The staff here are incredibly proficient, kind, and courteous—they truly define southern hospitality. Everything is always fast, hot, and delicious. They need to put up signs along Collierville-Arlington Road and down Macon Road to let more people from collierville know about this gem. Highly recommended!
