The food is freshly cooked. The staff is small. The restaurant needs clean and clear tables inside. I ordered one order inside and one to go Saturday. This is my second time at this fast food place.
This was my FIRST TIME EVER having Jack's & I must say, I WAS NOT disappointed at all. I got the chicken tender basket with fries & my husband got the Bacon Ranch Cheeseburger & fries. Plus we also got a strawberry cheesecake pie for dessert!! Everything was absolutely AMAZING, it was fresh, hot & just what we needed to help fuel our day!! We will definitely be going back soon !

While at the Covington store, the employees were loudly fussing and cursing each other and throwing things. One of the female employees went to the door and locked it. A customer, seeing his friends inside shook the door. The girl went to the door and cursed the man told him they were closed because there was not enough help. My last time to go.
