“This is the best service we’ve ever had in a Dunkin’ Donuts and I mean it! I’m from Minnesota, but me and my family were going to Georgia, so I could go to college, and we decided to stop here on our trip. There was a lady who was in front of us, who was taking forever, for whatever, which was fine, however, when she left, the cashier apologized, and offered us a free donut, and in general was a polite lady. All in all, it a huge blast of southern hospitality, that we’re not used to in Minnesota, especially in Dunkin’ Donuts. Thanks for the amazing service!!“

“My daughter and I absolutely love Southern Charm. We have frequented their establishment since they first opened in Cross Plains. I LOVE their lattes and my toddler loves their cake pops. To my husband's dismay our daughter's favorite question is, "mama we go get coffee?" 😂🤣 Quality is always top notch and their team members are always friendly. They can get backed up but it's always worth the wait.“
