“The bathrooms are nasty‼️ One toilet door was locked because the toilet did not work. The handicap toilet was leaking and had wet toilet paper on the floor. The toilet bowl itself was dirty and the woman before me had peed all over the seat! Again...NASTY‼️. No excuse.
The service for food was fast.“
“Cashier told me I had to use kiosk inside.Said it was cash only.Used Kiosk paid for me food tried to ask another Cashier what my order number was and she tried to charge me again saying my status was pending when it took the money out of my account.Wouldnt give my food or offer a refund she walking away and said I didn't pay.“
“I love the people here there is a guy named Alex and he is such a hard worker and such a wonderful guy i get so happy when i see him. With that being said i was furious when i seen how the manager was treating him trying to even send him home because he interacts with the customers he is always working so hard but because he talks to customers in the process she wants to be mean to him and not in private also not the first time. So just a thougt how about you ( the manager) treat people better, learn from Alex instead of ripping apart at him, just do better!“
