Service was slow. They were out of some basic things like green beans and broccoli. The loaded baked sweet potato was underdone and cool with overly microwaved marshmallows on top. The rest of the food was luke warm at best. We used to love this place but now it is on the bottom of our dining list especially since this was not just a one time occurence.
It's Crackle Barrel. Food was descent. Seems as though they are more focused on quantity instead of quality. Not pointing any one of the franchises out. The whole brand has fallen to this. IMO

I wanted to buy a book that was on sale for 25% off while waiting to be seated. It rang up at the original price. I asked for the discount and the cashier said it must not be a part of the sale.
