“I was here for the first time for a business meeting on 2/13/2025. Atmosphere is great. Very nice place. Customer service was great. I had a regular drip coffee. Next time I might try a latte. Will definitely be back.“

“I Love this creamery. The coffee far surpasses Starbucks. I have literally driven their two days in a roll which is 20 minutes each way for a lavender cup of coffee. My first experience I tried the Oji (its a Japanese brewed ice co0ffee)“

“It is seldom that a business exceeds expectations but Crave Sweets decorating team knocked it out of the park on my sons Groomscake, it was the ole miss stadium with the grove…attention to detail was flawless and the taste incrediable! Highly highly recommended this bake shop and they are wonderful to work with! Jamie is a doll!! Exceptional“

“OUTSTANDING!!!! I had the tortellini soup and salad....DELICIOUS!!! Staff always pleasant and professional even when they are swamped! The dinner to go options are GENIOUS!!!! Suggest updating the menu to reflect the soup of the day. Stuffed pepper soup, (yes soup) was AMAZING!!!“

“The Starbucks inside Oak Court mall was great. First off I never ever heard of a pupamocha... learned that was true but no my pup will not ever get it, Starbucks Is all for me. Then here's the BEST PART, so my sister and I both love medibombs but a lot of Starbucks don't have all the ingredients, they Had the medicine ball and again we were some very satisfied customers. Thanks Starbucks, Oak Court Mall.“

“4/3/23 First, I would like to thank my daughter in Florida for requesting a Doordash delivery from a Memphis, TN Starbucks. Mom loved her vanilla bean crème frape and cheese danish and I loved my coffee w/half/half with a blueberry muffin. Everything was hmm hmm good! 🧋☕ The Doordash delivery was awesome! Thanks, Starbucks and Doordash!!!“

“The environment is very pleasant, clean and the staff are super friendly. The coffee is delicious, just the donuts weren't fresh.
Parking: Parking in front of the store is super easy and simple to access.
Kid-friendliness: A place I take my children because it is quiet and family-friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is parking for people with wheelchairs and a ramp to access the store.“

“Never had a bad experience here! Today was the best experience! I accidentally knocked over my hot chocolate and one of the employees acted so fast with helping clean it up and replaced my hot chocolate! She was the absolute sweetest! I wish I got her name!“

“It is nice to have a Starbucks in the grocery store. It makes the shopping experience better with a caffeinated beverage in hand. The service here is a mixed bag, but for the most part I get my beverages in a timely manner and can usually get the barista to smile. I don't imagine this job is easy.“

“Walk-in order. Easy to place, not too busy drive through or inside. Large tables for indoor seating. Outdoor seating with umbrella shades alongside parking lot.Restrooms have codes, changing tables in the restrooms as well as sharps disposal containers if you're a diabetic.Two drinks, several hot and cold items, a pit stop for the kids, and a grand total of maybe 7-10 mins...? We were back on the road.“

“When your hot drink is so pretty, you don’t even want to put a lid on it. ? Honestly, this place never disappoints. I love that my coffee or tea is always the correct temperature and that it looks pretty, too. The staff is very friendly and always accommodating. If you’re a regular, they’re also very good at remembering your orders or preferences. I’m pretty sure I visit every day they’re open. Stop by, you won’t be disappointed!“
