“I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread at at 10:23 tonight and by 10:45 my tracker said my order was delivered. I check outside nothing is there so I call at 10:50 to make sure a mistake wasn't made... well they young lady on the phone put me on hold to check on my order a few minutes later she tells me she's so sorry they only have one delivery driver and my order hasn't left the store yet. I said ok thank you I was just making sure it didn't go to the wrong place. so I've been sitting here waiting on my food since 10:23. and it's now 11:35 I try to call the store. well dominoes is closed! so I check my tracker again..... and someone took it upon themselves to cancel my order and not EVEN call! I would love to speak to a manager about this... unfortunately I can not even make a complaint on the sight without calling and their closed!!!!!! this is absolutely ridiculous and the worst customer service I've ever had! I get it you close at 11 but you could at least have the decency to call your customer and let them you can not deliver their order!“

“With any pizza place, it depends on who is making the pizzas. Most of the time, they are great! Sometimes, though, you will get a dud that has been sitting there for awhile. But honestly, what do you expect for $5? As for customer service, we have never had a bad experience there! All of the kids working have always been nice and courteous to us.“

“Came in with my family while traveling. And have to say we all enjoyed our visit at this Zaxby's location. Food was excellent. The nice fella at the counter skippy was fast friendly and on top of things making sure my family was well taken care of Thank you!“

“Think this is the first time I have eaten at Papa John's since moving to Athens. I read some terrible reviews but I don't see anything wrong with the pizza. For clarification, I ordered on a Thursday around 4:30 pm so maybe it's the particular crew I had or maybe they used to have some bad employees. Either way, my pizza was done right when they said it would be and looks wonderful. I haven't eaten it yet because I'm writing this review 😅. Also, I ordered a bunch of extra sauces and they were all there.“
