“We went to Applebee’s on 7/25. It was one of the best experiences. Only complaint is that the AC couldn’t keep up with the heatwave but completely understandable. Our server, Joey, was the kindest, most courteous and well mannered server we have had in a while. His appearance was clean cut and service was top notch. What a sweet guy. Please be sure to recognize his skill and mannerisms. He deserves it.“

“I recently bought a new location in Kingsport and I’m so tired of fast food! I fount this place and have been going for several weeks now about once a week. The food is absolutely delicious I’ve only had the hot dogs and chickens sandwich and fries and beans but can vouch every time the food is hot and fresh! Doesn’t make you feel bloated and love the atmosphere! Very nice place for lunch!“

“Ellie and Audrey served us this evening. We had the chicken breast fillet, wings, tater wedges, tacos, tater tots. I could not ask for better food or service. Locally owned and operated. I highly recommend them to anyone. I would love to see Salmon Burger added to the menu.“

“Spencer was our server, and was efficient and super sweet. Ordered the flos filet med rare and it was seared to perfection. The broccoli was soft and seasoned just right!!! It’s not a regular place for us in Kingsport, but it might be now!!“

“Very small, quaint with excellent food. It's usually not too busy, as most people don't know, or forget. Food is comparable to The Mountaineer, but better. Try the beans & cornbread. Or the strawberry cobbler. Order out, and take it home. Daily specials & desserts“

“We've been coming to this restaurant since it opened in Kingsport Tennessee. Always good, hot food, fast service. Emmy was our waitress today she did a wonderful job, manager came by and spoke to us for a few minutes. A+ from us if I could give more than 5 stars I would.“

“Absolutely terrific! The Crème de la Crème margarita pizza was AMAZING. And the gelato? Chef’s kiss! We did the $20 boat with 3 flavors (key lime, limoncello, and tiramisu. All three fantastic, but the key lime is over the top. And our family of five couldn’t finish it. We will be back soon and often!“

“Outstanding food, atmosphere and service. The owner and management are top notch. The food has always been good but has moved up to the next level over the last 2 years. Make sure you try the changing weekly special menu, created by the seasoned GM who is also a chef, all made from scratch. Outstanding! Best location in TN.“

“I ordered here for the 1st time. Drive Thru experience was good and fast. Food wise fries were the steal of the show, amazing crunch, and seasoning. I give them a 9.2
Chicken was crispy and flavorful. Only gripe, they were kind of small to my liking. But I give them an 8.6
Bread was nice and toasty a solid 8.4
Sauces I got their signature spicy. Solid 8.8
Also got there sweet heat that sauce was amazing. I give it a 9.4
Overall experience was a solid 8.9. I will definitely come back and try other menu items. I definitely recommend this place. The only other fast food chicken joint this good is Chic Fil A.“

“We ate here on May 18th we took our son here to celebrate him graduating . We had to wait for about 30 mins but we knew that and understood. Our silverware was a little dirty, the food was delicious however when our food was brought out to our table my steak medallions wasn't ready I was told they ran out and had to cut more and it would be a few more minutes. I just got a to go box for mine. So overall the only complaint I would have would be the silverware and having to wait a little longer on my food was all. The food was amazing and our waitress was very nice. This was our sons first time eating here and he's already talking about eating there again.“

“Food was cold. Chicken was dry and the breading was hard. Slaw tasted like it was just cabbage and mayo. Of course we were there close to closing time so maybe that was why. Normally the chicken is awesome. The tea was really good as always.“
