I went in for free water because I have many times (I work next door) and was made to feel embarrassed because I got too big of a cup so I got my own cup and then was told to never get water again because I put my hands in the lemons (unintentionally not thinking about it, not on purpose…) ..this manager just wanted to ruin my day. I have gave them plenty of buisness and I demanded to pay for his “lemons” because I’m not going to be belittled so he charged me for a cookie....read full review
Absolutely horrible experience. Went into the store on Sunday at around 200. Placed my order at the counter at 159PM with Kristina/Christina. I waited in the eating area for my 2-8in subs to-go.
After waiting for 17 minutes (with only one person in front of me who placed an order for one sub) I went to the counter and asked two of the employees making sandwiches how much longer it would be considering I had already waited 17 minutes for my subs.

Wish I’d posted my review sooner. This location is far and above the best Firehouse Subs. They have been so awesome with curbside pickup and take extra efforts to keep us safe. I drive from Bearden just to come to this location. The management is fantastic! We’ll be regular customers for years to come. 💞😄
