I have had every variety of chicken salad here and my nephew who is with me loves the place also. I eat here at least twice weekly. “Forget the sandwich shop chains, this is the place to get some of the best food for your money. Every ingredient in the sandwiches and sides and drinks have been top quality. I am definitely frugal, but this place is worth the expense. Honestly, the prices are extremely reasonable though. They are holding nothing back with their recipes and fresh ingredients. Treat yourself to something better than just a good sub sandwich for lunch or dinner: get much better quality, be impressed with your meal, and enjoy much better value. Also, the staff are extremely personable and low key, and yet they are attentive. “It's always a pleasure visiting this location. We come in, the staff always has a good attitude, service with a smile. This place has been consistently providing such great services each and every time we have visited. The food is prepared with care, the inside of the shop always kept clean, tables wiped down, and a clean work station. Not to mention how freaky fast our sandwiches were made! They even have vegetarian and vegan options. Keep up the great work Jimmy John's !

“Eating here now and Jordan is the ONLY employee working which is totally unfair to him. Apparently another coworker called in sick, but not sure why a manager or someone else didn’t come in to help him out. Jordan is handling the large crowd very professionally and really should be paid much more since he is handling all online orders, making sandwiches/salads and running the register!Subway is definitely getting their monies worth with Jordan as he is an exceptional worker… hoping he gets a raise very soon! Food was great!“

Parking: The last subway we went to was in a strip mall with plenty of parking available. Parking has never been a problem at any Subways we've been.“

“On August 6, 2026 I placed an order for delivery through the subway app a little after 2pm. They kept changing the delivery time and when I tried calling the store no one would answer. I reached out to another Subway up the road and they gave me their managers phone number and apologized for the inconvenience. I spoke to Nikki and explained to her my situation and the delivery driver showed up while I was on the phone with her. He apologized for the delay and being caught in traffic and I explained to him I had tried calling the store before he got there. He said the employee there was playing on her phone when he arrived. My order was $17.98. after he left I went to go eat and found that the foitling was not toasted as I requested, there was a small hole in the chip bag and the chips were stale, my cookie was hard as a rock. I called Nikki back and told her my dilemma because I don't have a vehicle which is why I paid for delivery. She said she would reach out to the manager of the Westgate subway and have them cancel our the order and that the funds would go back onto my gift card. On Saturday I tried calling the store several times and couldn't get an answer so I had to get a ride to go directly to the store. When I went in the employee was sitting at a table playing on her cell phone. She was very rude and said she wasn't about to give me her managers number but she called and talked to someone and said that they were handling it. I asked for corporate office phone number and she said she didn't know it. She also said that the phone is left in the office and that the office door stays locked. Here it is 8 days later and the refund still has not went back on to my gift card and no one will answer when I call the store and no one I talk to seems to know the phone number for corporate office. And they have my phone number from where I ordered through the app and no one has tried calling me back or anything. So essentially I paid $17.98 for a meal that was poor quality and not fixed the way I had ordered it and they decided rather than refund my gift card like they should that they would just keep that money. I feel that they think they can get by with it because I don't have a vehicle and that I will just go away over time. It is wrong for them to take advantage of people and when you mess up their orders not to refund the entire amount just because they used a giftcard. If I had used PayPal or any other debit card I could dispute the charge and the bank would credit it back. If I could give less than 1 star I would“
