“My Wife and myself took our cousin and we loved the menu choices, the staff was very friendly and the food is the best sub sandwich I've had in years. I got the chicken bacon ranch sub and it was fantastic!! My Wife had the mini club sub and our cousin had the roast beef with provolone. “Best firehouse around. Period. Always clean, always friendly, always fast. (You can pay me for the great slogan later). The sandwiches here are amazing. Meats cut fresh every day. Whenever I go in I'm treated like family, the "welcome to firehouse" always adds a nice touch to the experience. “Eating here now and Jordan is the ONLY employee working which is totally unfair to him. Apparently another coworker called in sick, but not sure why a manager or someone else didn’t come in to help him out. Jordan is handling the large crowd very professionally and really should be paid much more since he is handling all online orders, making sandwiches/salads and running the register!Subway is definitely getting their monies worth with Jordan as he is an exceptional worker… hoping he gets a raise very soon! “The service is nice, the employees are friendly, and the food is always good. I've been several times, and wanted to wait to post until I was certain I was able to be unbiased. Every time I have ordered something different, as did my girlfriend, and both of us tried a little of the other's food to be sure, and we both agreed that the food is crazy good. They are also very informative about the foods they make, if you have any questions about the menu, the staff always seem very willing to help.Dietary restrictions: They are very clear when you mention any dietary restrictions, and very helpful about what would be a good option for you. The only thing I can say is, I am not sure if they have gluten free options instead of their standard bread options.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessable with standard wheelchairs, power chairs, or even crutches.“

It's like they assume you can afford to round up because you can afford to eat there. Technically, I really can't afford to eat there, but I do because the food is worth it.That extra $0.58 or $0.87 is a big deal to a single working mom who is desperately trying to afford a house in this crazy market.For now, I'm letting it go because it's less than $1 mostly. Wow, I didn't realize how much of a difference in quality there could be at different locations... But there is and the Farragut location DEFINITELY makes the best veggie subs I've tasted.
