“I shouldn't have let the reviews dissuade me because everything is subjective. If I'd have patronized this establishment Monday, they would have had my business all week. The nightly special and "Happy Hour" beer made this the least expensive meal I've had in Franklin/Nashville. The pasta was delicious and it came with a salad. I should have had them keep the salad because while they made it with good greens and they took the time to take time to de-seed the cuke, it was too much and I couldn't put a dent in the main course. The beer was a hazy from their brewery and it was good as well. I'm going again tomorrow because they're attached to our hotel. Great food at a great price within walking distance. It doesn't get much better than that.“
“Brewhouse 100 is a culinary revelation, an epicurean paradise hidden in plain sight! Every dish is a masterpiece, blending exquisite flavors with artistic presentation worthy of a three-star Michelin restaurant. The bar's selection is stellar, offering rare and aged spirits that tantalize the palate. The ambiance whispers cozy luxury, and the service is impeccable, with staff anticipating every need. Dining at Brewhouse 100 isn't just a meal; it's an unforgettable, gastronomic journey of the highest caliber and a Brewhome, not a Brewhouse.“
“We found this place relaxed and uncrowded. The staff was friendly and knowlegable and I enjoyed chatting with a few of the other customers, all locals. My wife liked the cider and I tried 3 oz. samples of multiple beers Orange-U-Curious (Orange Hazy IPA), Kilt the Cat (the best Scottish Red Ale I have ever had), Barn Cat (an American Farmhouse IPA), Molly Moo (Milk Stout) and Woke AF (Nitro Coffee Milk Stout). I loved every one of them. I fot a coffee for the drive home, which was also great. My only regret is we were visiting from Northern California, so it will be a while before we can get back to Franklin to try more of Curio's excellent brews.“
