We came to Pelato in Franklin, TN…and wow, great food, and incredible service!
Lauren, our server, went above and beyond to make all of us feel welcomed and special. Their patio is great and the food is even better!! Thank you, Lauren for the recommendations and kind gesture for our kids!

Pelato in Franklin, TN offers great food and incredible service. The patio is great and the food is even better. The manager is super welcoming and kind, and the staff consistently help each other with great team work. Servers provide exceptional service and go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and special, including being wonderful with kids. The food is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The small plates are ideal for a group of four, and everything is delicious. Favorites include the chicken parm and lemon arancini, and the gelato is an absolute must for dessert. Pelato is highly recommended for a fantastic meal and a memorable night out, whether for an anniversary, a birthday dinner, or any visit. Every visit has been great, and guests look forward to coming back again.
