I have never been to this Puckett's before. It was a good experience. The food was good. I was a bit bummed that they had run out of their ribs for the day, especially since it was at the start of the dinner hour.

The food we got was good and the manager was really nice. The feel of the place is really cool.

They also have gate 11 alcohol and I love that they support local distilleries.

Food is good, but the live music is way too loud. I’m only 33, but I couldn’t even take it. I had to leave because it was giving me a headache. Wish they would just turn it down a bit

Ally is always awesome about taking care of our small men through breakfast every Thursday morning. Food is always great and perfect way to start the day.

The food is excellent in flavor. The service is 4. The atmosphere is 5. Since the restaurant only has a patio, it's a 2nd detail. I went to eat two days ago and the water tasted like it had been stored for a long time. The seats at the patio tables tend to become loose easily. From the outside, everything is perfect.

Be advised, Puckett's no longer uses Tock for reservations. Existing reservations were not transferred over as we learned the hard way. Hostess was gracious in creating a spot for our party.

Had a 5:45 reservation that had been confirmed and even mentioned again on this string. But when we got there yesterday we were informed they didn't have any record of our resy. The main gal was somewhat rude and pushy about it and were going to turn us away. Fortunately there was a cancellation called in at that very moment which allowed us to get a table. Very unfortunate how it all went down. A fellow came up to me at the table and expressed he had just gone through the same thing. Please get it together on reservations. Other than that the food was great.

After so many people telling us we *had* to eat at Pucketts, the actual experience was a letdown. I got the mojo burger and fries. For as many things as were piled on that burger, it had shockingly little taste. Plus my fries were tough and overcooked. Servers were kind but busy. The experience was a solid “meh.”

First time dinner visit on a busy Friday night. Nailed it! Great southern hospitality. Friendly, attentive staff. We went with a sampler platter to share and some cherry cobbler to take home. We happened upon a live show to our delight! Everything was worth it.

What a fun place in downtown Franklin. Food is always a winner and we love the quaintness of the Franklin Puckett’s. The ribs are so good. We did feel a little rushed but it was a busy night and the tables are limited so we finished our meal and walked outside. Great experience.
