Ate here on our way home . Food was delicious. They had a seafood buffet. Boiled & fried shrimp , crab cakes,fresh vegetables & salad . Staff was friendly & gave good service. The seating was a bit worn in some places. If you don't mind that it was definitely worth the price !
Pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very friendly. Food buffet: The was tasty, at least, what was there. Few choices, but good. One tablemate had a cheeseburger and fries, which she enjoyed. Would eat there again and refer it to others.

Shoney's has been around since I was a kid, if I remember correctly a man named Ray Danner started this place in Madison, Tennessee. I did not check my facts on this so forgive me if I am wrong about that. Sadly, this restaurant just can't seem to do anything to grow its clientele. Over the years they have tried new menus and offerings, but all of the ones around here that I drive by seem to have not very full parking lots.
