“My wife and I celebrated our 24th anniversary with dinner at Cork & Cow. Everything, EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect. Our reservation was for 9pm. We walked in at 8:45 and were seated immediately. Mike, our server, was quick to greet us and made excellent suggestions. I already knew I wanted the bone-in ribeye, but I wasn't settled on an appetizer. Mike suggested the pork belly: ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. My wife ordered the filet. Both steaks were well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. “Had a great night at Longhorn in Brentwood and it's all due to wait staff and manager, Brandon. My spouse was running late due bad traffic and I went ahead and got a table and ordered. The traffic turned so bad that she showed up 25 minutes later. While I was waiting the manager came over to say hi and let me know not to worry and that our order would be brought out fresh no matter when my spouse showed up. The food did come out fresh and tasted great as usual. The people made the difference.“

The food was delicious (almost every meal was different and there was not a single complaint from anyone). The to-go portion size was perfect, the containers they use are great (no spillage and my car didn’t smell like grilled salmon), they packed up extra condiments without me asking and had plenty of plasticware for the group.
