“I have been to this restaurant many times and went last night for my birthday with my family. The coffee encrusted filet is phenomenal and this is the only place I have ever seen it. Along with the scalloped potatoes side and the artichoke dip for an appetizer I was so pleased. Everyone enjoyed what they got whether it was the salmon, French onion soup, or other steaks. Our server was so kind and attentive and found out it was my birthday so gave me a free dessert along with champagne and a card signed by the staff. We will be back again before my next birthday for sure!“

“Food was amazing. Every dish except one out of this world! But the thing that set it over the top and will cause me to tell the world about this place. The reason I will return was Jared our server! I’ve been many places around the world. High end establishments all over. His service was exceptional and by far among the best! After you book your reservation request Jared as your server !!!“

“My wife and I celebrated our 24th anniversary with dinner at Cork & Cow. Everything, EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect. Our reservation was for 9pm. We walked in at 8:45 and were seated immediately. Mike, our server, was quick to greet us and made excellent suggestions. I already knew I wanted the bone-in ribeye, but I wasn't settled on an appetizer. Mike suggested the pork belly: ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. My wife ordered the filet. Both steaks were well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. Dessert didn't seem likely, since I was starting to feel full, but I overheard another server mention a chocolate torte that had peanut butter mousse, so. . . O. M. G. As if the food and service weren't good enough, we were back in our hotel room by 9:45.“

“My Togo medrare ribeye was well done BUT the manager Chris was quick to give me a gift card to correct the error. Normally their steaks are perfection. The other sides and appetizers were delicious and I will return because of the management and kind staff.
Parking: The restaurant is next to Target which has electric charging stations.“

“The two of us had a delicious salad lunch recently and our server Maria was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about the menu. She offered to split an entree salad between the two of us and it was the perfect solution. The Colorado Chicken Salad was a delicious blend of elements. I will definitely come again!“
