Worst customer service
I don't know where the Cool Springs Subway went near AMC (always felt cleaner to me and accurate with always fresh bread) but in a bind I run here for kids dinner. Instead I decided to try the one at the Galleria mall Thursday May 28th around 615pm.
First the boy had zero personality...I am not looking for bubbly Boy or chatty Cathy...but also not looking for a person who clearly has zero interest in being there...first red flag.

My sandwich was good but it said 3.99 on the menu and I didn't get chips or a drink or anything but the sandwich rang up as over 8 dollars. I understand taxes are getting high, but since when are they one hundred percent??? I might have gotten scammed, so if you do go here, protest if your total is significantly more than it says it should be on the menu.
