Edley's Bar-B-Que is a family favorite in Gallatin with consistently wonderful food and service. The food is always great, featuring delicious items like smokey bbq sliders, brisket tacos, ribs, fried ribs, burnt ends, Nashville Hot pork, cheeseburgers, and wings. Sides include the best French fries around, Mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, and yummy cornbread. Save room for dessert, especially the banana pudding. The restaurant and bar are very clean. Service is fast, polite, pleasant, and informative. They offer great weekly specials and reliable catering with large portions. The location is nice, everything is always fresh, and it is a place people return to often.
