“Brian at Kilwins is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with the friendliest smile and made the whole experience even sweeter. He was super knowledgeable about all the treats, helped us find exactly what we were craving, and even offered samples so we could try before deciding. His energy is contagious, and you can tell he really loves what he does. The store was spotless, the service was fast, and Brian went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. Give this guy a raise—he’s a true gem!“

“Their deep fried oreo were really good. The soft serve icecream was okayish. Didn’t like it that much. I could’ve tried something else for dessert. Also don’t be fooled with the pictures- the mini donuts looking things are actually the deep fried oreo’s lol.
Their service was okay, seemed like all of them were trying to help you but non of them were actually helping they were just being loud to grab more customers.“

“Our daughter has a peanut allergy and we’ve been told at every other ice cream shop that nothing was safe for her due to cross-contamination. The lady at Pearl’s said “Absolutely not true!” She broke out a brand new bag of cones, opened and sanitized a new scoop, scraped the top layer off the flavor of her choice, and served us with a smile and compassion the entire time. It took her an extra 5 minutes but meant the world to us!Not to mention the ice cream was delicious!!!“
