We went to the winery on our memorial day weekend trip. This is second time we were there. Stephanie was great at her job and very knowledgeable . She really knew her stuff and we bought tons of wine! Cant wait to go back next year

We went to pick up 6 bottles of wine. We are locals and have been there many times. We arrived and had to Waite at least 30 minutes to be waited on. She wouldn’t shut up. All we wanted was to buy some wine. There was two other couples waiting also. She just kept on running her mouth to 3 ladies tasting wine. Had we not driven there for the wine we would have just left. Not everyone wants to hear her stories.

My husband & I visited this winery while on our honeymoon. We absolutely loved all the wines and the staff was very sweet. While wine tasting, we could definitely tell the quality of wine. It was phenomenal. 10/10 recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please spend your money elsewhere. The older lady with a head wrap was quite possible the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. We tried asking questions about the wines just to learn about them and see what we might enjoy. She seemed so offended that we would dare ask any questions. Needless to say, we left promptly without spending any money.

My all time favorite winery! I've been coming here since the mid-90s, and have never been disappointed. I can't come to Gatlinburg without stopping by my favorite place. If you don't try anything else, at least try the blackberry wine, you will never want anyone else's! The service and the love is obvious in every bottle they produce ♡♡♡

The lady working there was very RUDE!! Don’t waste your time going here ! She tried to tell me it’s illegal to serve me if the side of my license was bent like tried to go through the door (My corner was bent a little not much ) . So I pulled out other identification and was stated that it’s illegal to have 2 identification. If you didn’t wanna serve us that’s all you has to say

If I could give negative stars I would, but 1 ⭐️ is the least possible. The lady working there (Stephanie (?) pictured in a previous review) was terribly rude. 4 of us (all over 50) wanted a tasting and you could tell she was aggravated we even wanted to do it. She gave us a 5 minute speech about my friend's ID about how she shouldn't even accept it because a corner of it was peeling a tiny bit. She even asked for it back to inspect and lectured us all even more. We ended up leaving before she poured the first tasting because she was so rude. I NEVER leave negative reviews but this woman was terrible, and from reading other reviews it sounds like this is a common occurrence with her. If she's the owner I have no idea how she stays in business. If she is not the owner, you should let her go. She's running off business. Zero out of 10, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The lady working was extremely rude from the second I walked in. I walked in so excited and complimenting her place and left angry af. The way she talked to me was so condescending and for no reason. I was enjoying my moment alone for 5 minutes without my kids and she ruined it. So I got back in my car to tell my husband how angry I was and my 5 year old told me to show kindness so if I don’t make it back in the winery to tell her this…here it is. To the lady working on December 21, 2024 at 2:50 pm, I don’t know what life has done to you to make you so angry towards people but Merry Christmas and Jesus love you.

The business owner did our tasting and was so kind! Extremely knowledgeable about the wines and the history of Tennessee. Answered all of our questions. People may think this place is old or not clean because of dusty bottles behind the main counter, but these bottles are vintage, & are some of the first bottles made post prohibition lift in Tennessee. They hold family sentiment and are not dusted as the last wish of the founder that died 8 years ago. The owner also does not have a bathroom because of a construction issue that occurred during a freeze- and cannot place one without having to tear down the entire building. Our favorite wine tasting! One of the only winery's that has a good dry wine selection.
