Ever again will I stay here, had teenagers taken over the whole hotel. They were running through the hotel and about knock my little boy down and didn't want let anyone in the hot tub. spoke to the the front desk clerk and they didn't do nothing about it.
pools were not ever heated enough to swim in.
We booked this hotel thru a football tournament as we were given a list that we were required to book with. A few of the families had to cancel the trip due to injuries and other family conflicts and two of us that canceled, later found fraud charges on our credit cards to a gambling site. Another family had fraud charges to another site. I do NOT recommend booking or ever considering booking this hotel. Don’t ever give them your card info. Checked in. Room had piss on toilet and clothes left from last guest. Next room also hadn’t been cleaned. Management was unprofessional.
