They will cheat you out of money. I placed a mobile order. They charged me more after my order was processed. Neglected to give the kids ice cream which should’ve been included. The owner will not reach out. Customer service can’t do nothing either it seems. The managers are useless. I’ve called the location numerous times. This might as well be another McDonalds. Excellent service! I came into the restaurant today with several orders and different forms of payment. Madison was mycashier and I felt compelled to write a post telling her what a great job she did. The entire staff there was extremely helpful and got my orders out fast. More times than not the service at Chick-fil-A is good but I felt that the service I received today was exceptional! Thank you!
Didn’t realize they weren’t taking orders and payments outside. Usually only takes about 10 min to get order but I sat in line for 30 min. Won’t do that again. Fries were cold too.
