“I stand corrected on my review below, the egg was not in the description, however the chicken was and you have to pay extra for it to be included and I don't understand that if it is listed in the description..
Each time I've ordered (3), it's been from UE. The first time I got the chicken and grits bowl...the description tells everything that's supposed to be in the bowl including eggs and chicken but it seems you have to add the eggs and chicken at an additional price, so basically grits cheese and bacon bits, which wasn't added is around $14+/- with add-ons that's listed as part of the description an extra $7-$8... 🙄 The next order, I was able to finesse my way around the menu to get something close to the previous bowl at about the same price point but wayyyyy more food. I wasn't able to eat it all and found out the food doesn't have a good replay value... it's not gonna even be worth it to eat later on. The 3rd time I ordered a biscuit sandwich, they are huge and cheesy tater tots that were burnt! And, there was no way to request condiments so I had to search around the house for jelly. One time I did get the blueberry muffin and it's good. Overall, , the food is decent enough, but don't just give anything (burnt food) or omit (bacon pieces) items because it's an UE order. And, better pricing and description of what you're getting at a particular price point is needed.“

“I enjoyed the chicken salad. I had the basic chicken salad on a salad with ranch. It was good except for the cucumbers. They were really bitter. The pickle was excellent. Parking was insane. I had to park at Trader Joe's. I'll be back next time I want chicken salad and don't want to make it myself.“

“I have wanted to try this place since I saw their cute little mascot! We ordered the 2 piece crispy chicken combo with bbq seasoned fries and the 5 piece chicken tender combo with mashed potatoes and gravy. The crispy chicken breasts were phenomenal with so much meat and the bbq fries had the perfect amount of seasoning for every bite. The chicken tenders were juicy and delicious quite possibly the best chicken tender I’ve had to date. The mashed potatoes were creamy with a delicious gravy on top. The cookies were the perfect end to the meal with the chocolate chips melting with each bite. To top off the whole experience the staff was extremely fast and friendly with a pleasant greeting and goodbye after grabbing out to go order. Can’t wait to go back and try their spaghetti!“

“Stopped by Chicken Salad Chick in Olive Branch and tried the Bacon Cheddar Melt with the Fancy Nancy chicken salad — absolutely delicious! The sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of crunch from the bacon and creaminess from the chicken salad. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Definitely a great spot for a tasty lunch, and I’ll be back to try more flavors!“

“I went through the drive thru in Collierville, TN. The lady who took my order had so much enthusiasm in the way she talked I felt welcomed though I was in the drive thru line. Her customer service was top tier. She asked me if I wanted ketchup with my meal unlike most fast food I go to. I really loved her personality. She definitely needs a raise. I will only go back if she’s at the window.“

“I’ve used them regularly over the last few months for corporate catering, and the food is always exceptional quality. Humdingers has been a huge hit with the staff as it’s something different from chicken nuggets, sandwiches, or pizza. Jennifer, the catering manager, makes the order placement painless for me!“

We love all the employees but there's one employee stands out the most here and that's Darnell. He is the sweetest young man who is so dedicated, hard working, loyal and a joy to chat it up with about baseball and food he cooks at home. I absolutely love coming here and seeing him. Not too many young adults stay in a place and becoming the face of a company like Darnell has. He deserves a raise and recognition for all his hard work and dedication for not only the restaurant but for also us customers who come here. We love ya Darnell! Keep up the great work! “I have only eaten at Guthrie’s once. We choose to eat here today and I was pleasantly surprised. The dine in area was clean. Although the lady taking our order was busy with BOTH the drive in window and dine in area receiving orders, she was pleasant. All 3 ladies were conversing but were not loud or obnoxious like most restaurant employees elsewhere. The condiments were stocked. The manager actually refilled both my drinks and had a smile. This 3 lady team needs to be recognized. You only see teams like this at CFA nowadays! I know that’s just my opinion but our lunch visit was wonderful and delicious with HOT food!!! “I eat here about 3 times a week; it's the only fast food place I like. I have never had a bad experience here. Drive through is long, but it moves quickly. Food is always exceptional, and you couldn't ask for better, more friendly service. I love the place!“

“I stopped by Jack's during my work lunch break looking for something quick and filling. Overall, the experience was just alright—nothing particularly impressive, but not bad either. I ordered one of their combo meals, which came out reasonably fast, so I appreciated the efficiency given my limited time.
The food itself was okay. The burger was warm and decently put together, but it lacked the kind of flavor that would make me want to come back specifically for it. The fries were hot and crispy, though a bit under-seasoned for my taste. I did like the portion size—it was fair for the price, and I didn’t leave hungry.
The service was polite, if a bit rushed, but that’s understandable during the lunch rush. The dining area was relatively clean, although a few tables hadn't been wiped down yet.
In short, Jack's delivered what I expected: a quick, no-fuss meal to get me through the rest of my workday. It's not the kind of spot I'd go out of my way for, but it works if you're nearby and need something fast and familiar. Solid 3 out of 5. Nothing special, but it got the job done.“
