“I was in town for work for a couple of days, and I'm so glad I found this place. I had it for dinner both nights. I tried the street tacos as well as the specialty tacos. Chicharrón, al pastor, and barbacoa - all three were incredible, loaded, and perfectly seasoned. Hoping to come back so I can try some of the other proteins and items on the menu!“

“This was my first time trying their food, & it DID NOT disappoint. I'll definitely be back. I ordered the Birria Pizza (Pollo) and Asada Taco (single) from the 2760 Perkins location. They have several locations throughout the city.
Kid-friendliness: Free outside dining that includes games like connect 4 and other games you can play while you wait. Kid and adult friendly.“

“Stopped by here last night, and we ordered the Birria Pizza, Elote corn cup and some soda pops. And OMG it was the best ever! We ordered it with extra cheese. However, I don't think it needed it. This was the best Birria I have had in a long time. The consumé was on point! I'm from Texas and not alot of places in Memphis taste authentic. This place is delicious and we savored every bite! The portions were generous and fresh!!! We can't wait till they open their restaurant!! You absolutely have to eat here. Very highly recommend!! Can't wait to try the whole menu!!! DON'T WALK, RUN TO TACO CAT AND GET YOU SOME YUMMY FOOD!!!“

“Going against the latest trend, this food truck is actually stationary and only open at night. This refreshing change up is rewarded by the great food and knowledgeable crew. I loved the Mulitas. They were tasteful and plentiful and beautifully plated. The prices are reasonable. I made the mistake of taking a bite before getting my pictures...lol...so that is why there aren't any. But, since I will go back, I will get multiple pics then.“

“Hands down, no exception, beyond a reasonable doubt, unequivocally.... the best tacos in town! I need to figure out how I ordered the first time because they were dipped in a red broth or something, and it was amazing! Love all the tacos I have ordered so far.
I can't wait to go back again and again!!!
Service is great and if you're somewhat in a hurry, this should be your go-to.

“They get 5 stars for serving chicharron (pork fat) tacos, which I love but don’t get at many places because it has to be cooked and seasoned well. If you want some different more complex flavor come here. Everything from their Al Pastor meat to their salsas are nothing like I’ve had at any other taqueria. The people were super nice and you can tell it’s a hidden gems. They give you 3 tortillas (fresh not homemade but fresh) and lots of meat.“
