“I normally would say that I recommend but not today at least at the location near RDU Airport on Easter Sunday. They stopped seating to give preference to getting all of their online orders caught up. We were told when we checked in that we would have a 25 minute wait....then they stopped seating and gave no explanation to the store full of people on the list. We waited for over an hour with nothing. I finally spoke to the manager who merely apologized and walked away. We left, went to Waffle House, and ate a good meal with great service. I am a rewards member and a regular customer but this was very bad management whether it was due to corporate greed not putting a limit on their online orders or management at the store level not having enough staff and something needs to change with this policy.“

I’m a sheriff deputy, and I come in with one of my sheriff deputy shirts on, which I only got 3 sauces due to already having pizza but not enough of the crazy sauces, lol. They gave me the sauces for free, out of respect. This stunned me because you don’t see it very often. Thank you guys, you guys don’t know how much we all appreciate these acts of kindness, definitely rating 5 stars!“

“Phil's has the best BBQ in Northeast Tennessee and it's not even close. Their sides are also amazing, you can rarely find a place that's sides match the quality of their mains. I go to Phil's once a week (usually Saturdays) and I have genuinely never had a negative experience. Also, their variety of sauces will meet anyone's tastes. I love to mix their Mustard, Vinegar, and Smoking Hot sauces, you should try it! Their staff is awesome, very attentive and offer great suggestions when asked! I will continue to support Phil's for as long as I am able.“

“We visited Thai Cuisine for the first time on 07-19-22 and ordered the Panang Curry and Tornado Duck. Both dishes were very appealing to the eye and absolutely delicious. We would definitely recommend dining there and this restaurant will most certainly go on the top of our list!!!!“

“My true review is a 3.5 out of 5. Let's get down to it.... I get offended by people claiming NY style when it is no where near NY style. First of all you can't claim NY and be cheap on your toppings, sauce included. At $2.50 a topping | should be having toppings in every bite and this fell short. I wanted to like them because the crust what the right flavor and crispness, and the sauce when you had it on your bite was perfection. But this was like being a teenager getting teased by your bf or gf endlessly waiting for something to happen but never does. And you're left behind wanting more but with overwhelming disappointment at the same time. I know it sounds harsh but just claim it as what it is. Take the NY style off the door unless you want to be more consistent, add extra sauce to your pizza, and quit being cheap on the toppings and make that pie greasy with goodness and you'll have something.“

“My husband and I eat at eggs up in Jc. a lot. They have the best pancakes of anywhere. The food is always fresh and warm and that is important, Go into a family restaurant and ask for Katie, she will serve great food and be super nice. And please always Tip.“

“I just picked up a veggie pizza which I have had before but not recently. The pizza was loaded with veggies and was fresh and so tasty! The lemon pie is pretty good too. Thanks for a very satisfying supper. I will definitely be back. I did not have to wait long at all.“

“I love this place. The service is great. I work from here every Tuesday and Thursday and I can say they have plenty of outlets if you are looking to do the same. I love that their bartop tables have hooks under them for the lady's purses.

Vegetarian options: They have removed some vegan options from their menu however they are able to make substitutions.“

“Great place to eat. Very caring people to work for. When busy they don't care one bit to jump in were needed. I can say out of all the jobs I've had in my life I don't dread going into work. I'm always anywhere from 20 to 15 mins early. I don't care to stay over. Very positive place to work as well. Everyone works together and always encourage each other.“

“My husband and I decided to try this little hole in the wall Chinese restaurant. We were treated by a super friendly guy who we learned is the owner. We had zero expectations when we sat down. The food was very well priced and I loved that you could order off the menu instead of just buffet as I can only eat a half a cup of food or liquid at a time. The food came out and it was amazing. And the chicken soup is delicious, and that little bit of avocado in there makes it perfect, and there's also plenty to share with somebody if you wanted to! “We waited in the bar for an hour while waiting on our table with was ok. The bartender best described as dazed and confused was on the struggle bus. Another employee gave us bread and she tried to take it and give it to someone else. The employee said I just asked if they wanted that and they said yes. Bartender was flustered and walked off. When she came back she said would you like another drink? My reply was, what I would really like is a napkin and silverware to slice and eat this bread. Ugh. Luckily our table was ready by that time within 30 minutes. The service at the table improved and food was great.“
