“Recently moved to this area and live about 5 min away from this location. In the past month, I've utilized online ordering 3x. Each time my pizza is ready within moments of me walking in the door at the order time I'm given. The workers are younger, but that has zero bearing on their ability to be friendly and do their job well, which I believe they do. I even had a large order (10 pizzas) over the weekend and one of the workers unprompted helped me carry pizzas out to my car. Thank you!!“

“Tried this place for the first time. I ordered online which was easy. I did the 16" Supreme. The pizza was a little too burnt on the edges & underneath, so it gave a burnt taste to the pizza. Very large slices though. I may give it another try one day, it was just okay for the price & for a first visit.“
“Sad to leave a review with no pictures, because their pizza is beautiful. Their staff is friendly, service for pick up is quick, and even if their line is out the door, you will be served soon. Parking can be stressful on busy nights, but the food is worth it.“

They usually give you big pieces, though. Have some good flavors, too. Try the bourbon!Now, the service can be rough. Big time hit and miss. You'll also notice people will walk in the door, sit down, and get pizzas way before you do. Order ahead for sit down, I guess?? I'm not a fan. Feels bad as a customer who's come in, ordered, and then waited to then see a whole family come in and basically step over you. This has happened at least twice for me.Edit, the last time I went, the ranch serving was better.Get a pizza to go, drink a beer, and have some fried pepperoni while you wait. They're good, too. “Christy and Nikki deserve raises. Bless thier hearts. I tried to pickup my online order through the drive through but I was early. So I pulled around and waited. I decided to go in because the drive through had several people in by the time it was my pickup time.Those ladies were absolutely slammed. They had a line in the drive thru and a line almost out the front door. But they greeted every customer with a smile, they apologized for the wait, they were patient with indecisive customers and never showed an ounce of their stress to thier customers.Amazing customer service. Keep up the great work ladies. You are what customer service should be.“
“Definitely a hole in the wall, but man is the pizza good! I got a pepperoni, my partner got the fresh tomato. Both were amazing! Staff was very kind. Living in Nashville the prices blew my mind, two whole pies, garlic knots and a salad for $28!! I think the store is designed for takeout, which is why I gave 3 for atmosphere, but if you’re ever in Springfield you should stop in here.“

“As a detroit native, I was pumped to find out that there is multiple Jets here in TN. Not sure why it took me so long to notice. By far the best take-out pizza you can find. However, they have gotten a bit too pricey, where even pubs have cheaper and larger pizzas. You get what you pay for, though. My wife and daughter will literally attack me if I eat all the corner pieces first (which I tend to do)My only suggestion would be to lower the price by about $5 on all menu items, or at least offer some monthly deals. I understand inflation is real...but in detroit I remember getting these bad boys for $10 a pop. Wasn't that long ago“
“We came first thing in the Monday on a Wednesday. Brittany was beyond kind and extremely helpful! She helped with making sure I was receiving all the rewards points for the money I was spending. She was by the far the friendly employee I've met here... and I've met quite a few. It was night and day different from my last unenjoyable experience here. Give that girl a raise!“
“The guy at the front was friendly and my family and I ordered the bacon and pepperoni and patty melt pizza, and we ended up liking both. The one star taken off is because of two reasons: the first is because we couldn't place the delivery order from this store, but that's because we didn't know that it was carryout only. The second reason is because, when trying to find this store's menu, we couldn't find it anywhere, not even on the company's website. Otherwise though, we had no other problems.“
“Everything is great here except for the lack of lighting entering the location and in and around the store. I've been meaning to say something about this but this time I actually clipped the planter pulling in. It's way too dark with the store sign being on the building and not by the road. This may be an issue since it's in a tiny strip mall. But anything done to light up the entrance and around the drive thru area would be a vast improvement. You have to slow down and pull off the road and drive down so you don't miss the entrance and if someone is pulling out you can't pull in. I've almost been hit by people trying to find the entrance because they are focused on that as I'm pulling out. It's insane the lack of lighting all around the area of this location. No problem with anything else. There doesn't have to be a light pole to help with this. I hope there's no damage to my car! Please do something about this.“

“I just wanted to come on here and say our delivery lady was the absolute sweetest person! The food got here in a timely manner and she had a hard time finding my apartment but was so nice about it. Can’t say that about some in the past! I wish I knew her name cause she deserves a promotion!“
“We ordered two pizzas and cheese bread to go through their website. It was Super Bowl Sunday so we expected them to be busy. The ordering process was a little difficult as the form wasn’t very user friendly. When we arrived to pickup our order there were 15 other people waiting for orders. There was a constant stream of people picking up orders. The time the website told us was 45-50 minutes. An hour and a half later we finally got our order. All that to say that the staff was working very hard. I bet they only have a few ovens and people were walking out with 5-6 pizzas each. Our pizza was great as always. If I have one complaint it would be that the estimate on time should be updated on their website but I bet it is just a general time and doesn’t account for special nights like tonight. Keep up the good work Greenbrier Pizza! You all deserve a break after tonight I am sure!Parking: The parking lot couldn’t support the amount of people tonight but that might not always be the case.
