“This is the absolute best place I’ve ever been to for pizza in my whole 30years. It’s always fresh, stuffed crust ALWAYS has cheese inside and the dough is never hard. 10/10 recommend. The woman who always works upfront is very nice aswell. Good customer service.“

“Absolutely love the food here and the staff is so nice. But lately we haven’t been able to go in and eat there. It’s so ridiculously hot inside. Everyone is sweating. I feel so bad for the staff including the ones in the kitchen. We tried again tonight with a group of 10 and had to leave early. It was over 80 degrees in the restaurant. Hungry and hot children are not a good combination. The staff was so helpful and packed up our food for us before it even made it to our table. Will not be able to come back and enjoy the atmosphere until the ac is working.“

“Most of the time the food is good but some of the menu items aren't very good at all. Even with a half full restaurant the wait is very long at times. Most of the staff are friendly.“

“Great food except for their signature steaks. When I first moved to Springfield, this was the place to get a nice, fairly priced, steak.
The prices for steaks are outrageous and the quality isn't up to par any more. Last time I got a cut, it was full of fat and gristle.
I no longer order steaks after several failed attempts at getting one that I enjoyed.
Saying that the italian dishes are great. I suppose if I were to pick a favorite it would be the veal.“

“My boys love this place, we were there this Past sunday, but is been really bad with customer service .They definitely need to hire more people , there’s only one person at the front register , line was too long and it took them more than one hour to fill the salad bar , or fountain station , we had to bring it to their attention more than one time.“

“Our familiy is not a huge fan of red sauce, my daughter has a bad reaction but this pizza was AMAZING!! We got the chicken bacon pizza for our first night in our new home and we all devoured it! My daughter asked if we could have once a week! Pizza Fridays! 🍕“

Crust was 🔥 buttery, fluffy and crisp. Plenty of toppings and cheese! The alfredo base pizza wasn’t all soupy this time! It was perfect! Whoever worked tonight on 2/18/26, thank y'all for doing a superb job!“

“I just wanted to come on here and say our delivery lady was the absolute sweetest person! The food got here in a timely manner and she had a hard time finding my apartment but was so nice about it. Can’t say that about some in the past! I wish I knew her name cause she deserves a promotion!“

“They got our order mixed up and delivered the wrong thing. When I called the young lady was super nice and sent us a replacement which she upsized and also sent us a chocolate chip cookie on the house. I will say regardless of the mistake the food was still warm when we recieved it and tasted great!“

“This particular CiCis location is really managed very well by both managers Justin & Brenda. They are sincere and very professional in there interaction with each customer.
The food is absolutely fresh and delicious! And atmosphere and restaurant music is so soothing and helps foster a great dining experience.
I highly recommend this Rivergate location. Please visit them.
