“Had a group of 21. 9 were teenagers from a basketball team. Gave them no heads up. 5:30 on a Sunday. They handled it perfectly. Our server was one of the best I’ve had in that type of situation. I’m not 100% sure but I think every order was correct. He had all 21 of us by himself! The only thing he had any help with was bringing the food. That’s it! He did everything else and I am still blown away at how well and smoothly he handled everything. The food was so much better than the 4.3 rating it currently has. That is very misleading. They were excellent in all areas. I don’t know how many reviews I’ve left but this has to be one of very few. I just couldn’t not write a review because I had to express how impressed and thankful for the experience we all got to have at this awesome restaurant.“
“Lobby always seems to be closed 10 to 20 min early. Drive thru moves quick enough even when there are multiple vehicles infront of you.Parking: 2 handicap spots right uo front by the door. Plenty of other parking beside the building, behind the building in fromt of the building and on the far side of the parking lot on the side of the building.Kid-friendliness: Kids love Tacos. If you can catch them with the inside open it is usually very clean in the dinning room area as well as in the bathrooms.Wheelchair accessibility: 2 handicap spots right up by the front door.“
“Very good food and service but.. We came in after the lunch crowd had left and the music was too loud. We asked for them to turn it down, which they did, but then you could here the loud rap (should have a "c" in front") coming from the kitchen. It was impossible to ignore. Though the food was good, it is questionable if we would go back because of being subjected to this. We didn't ask them to turn this off as the last thing you want to do is anger someone who is preparing your food, out of sight.“
“The service here was very fast. It took under five minutes to get our food. The staff was very efficient. The atmosphere was vibrant and everything fit together like a puzzle piece. The food was a very good blend and it tasted awesome and the chips were the absolute best.“
“The food was excellent and everyone was friendly and helpful. The kitchen did mess up my husbands order of no onions in his entrée and it was full of onions. They offered to take it back, but my hubby just opted to pick them out. But he loved the dish and we will be back hoping next time the kitchen reads the instructions.“
“Most of the time, my food is already cold, somehow. But still good and the staff at this Taco Bell always seem friendly and willing to chat. In a small town like Kingston, it is hard to find anything open later at night, so this Taco Bell is a lifesaver at times. Even the McDonald's down the road closes at 11 PM now...“
“I want to preface this review by saying that I'm rating this one time experience at this restaurant. As many of the locals know this place has been very hit or miss on the kind of experience you might have here. Sometimes it great and other times very lack luster. To be honest the wife and I stopped coming here period because we'd rather drive an extra 5 minutes to ensure a good experience. However, I heard that they have gotten new management in November 2023 and they also added some new menu items such as queso birria which is our new favorite.Ok after saying all of that I can say that we had a very pleasant experience this time. We ordered the Chorripollo and the Queso Birria Tacos and it was all great. Food served from the back very fast, it was hot, and also very tasty. We also ordered their tomatillo hot salsa that we get from every Mexican restaurant because we need the spice.We will be back again after having such a nice experience this visit. “I was so impressed with the manager of this restaurant. My wife and I were here waiting for our car to have a flat tire changed at the Walmart. As we were eating we noticed a young man come in who was down on his luck. He looked like he could use some help so I went up to buy him something to eat and the Manager, Chris, said he would take care of him. That was one of the nicest things I’ve seen. I hope people support this store because they truly care for people here.“
“We went to El Cantarito Mexican Restaurant, Harriman, TN on Saturday night. We were hoping to go earlier but it was not in the cards for us. My Girlfriend ordered the Ground Beef Chimichangas and I ordered the Pollo Primavera Full Shrimp. My Girlfriend got a Virgin Pina Coloda & Water to drink whereas I ordered a Sweet Tea. The Drinks came almost immediately after order and the food was shortly there-after. Literally 5 minutes after we ordered the food, the food was at our Table. I am on a High Protein Diet and they were able to accommodate for my needs. The food was most excellent and the service was exceptional as well. Their store is clean, plenty of parking including Handicap spaces, Wheelchair accessible as well, and The Staff are friendly & helpful.In Addition to my review. I cannot figure this out but my faith in humanity was renewed that this restaurant. Let me explain; After we finished our meal, my Girlfriend ordered addition food to take home to the kids. When the nice lady brought the food all bagged up to the Table, she brought the check for the additional food. I asked her for the check for our meal, she said that someone anonymously paid for our dinner. She said that there was not check for our meal. I was shocked but thankful as well.To the Patron who covered our Meal, I want to thank you for it. I will give back as well to the next person so that kindness that you showed to us is shared with others.Dietary restrictions: I am on a High Protein Diet and they were able to accommodate for my needs.Parking: Plenty of Parking including Handicap spacesWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible“
