“Stopped at Taco Bell on Friday, April 10th with my son—I was picking him up from UTK to bring him home to Chattanooga for his girlfriend’s senior prom. After working 8 hours and then driving 3 with still an hour or more to go, I was running purely on vibes and the promise of a Baja Blast Freeze.
We ordered online to make life easy, pulled up feeling efficient… and then got the news: the Baja Blast Freeze machine was down. I’m not saying that’s the only reason we chose Taco Bell, but… it was absolutely the only reason we chose Taco Bell!
I didn’t go full meltdown mode—just hit them with a “seriously??” and laughed because honestly, what else can you do at that point? The employee was super kind and grabbed the manager, who explained everything and helped us pivot.
We ended up with regular Baja Blast over ice (still elite, no complaints), but here’s where they really won me over—they surprised us with a large order of cinnamon twists AND two taco vouchers. Like… okay Taco Bell, I see you
So yes, the Freeze machine may have been down, but their customer service was very much up. After a long day, that kindness (and bonus snacks) turned everything around. 10/10 would risk emotional attachment to a drink machine again.“

“I normally get the Burrito Arandas or the Shrimp Primavera. You really can't go wrong with either choice. It normally depends if I want chorizo or not. I don't think there is a better burrito around. With pork, beef, chicken, and chorizo; then add the veggies and smother it in cheese sauce. That's heaven on a plate. Shrimp cheese and rice really needs no explanation lol.“
