“Ok for TN. My tostada shell was burned, there was way too much sour cream and they didn't offer to replace it. But I just ate the toppings with tortilla chips and the issue was solved. Everything else our group ordered was very good. Bathrooms were Clean, (This is Super important to me. I won't eat in a restaurant if the bathroom is gross) staff was friendly.“
“Extremely easy to find just off the express way a minute or so towards town. The food was amazing and we both cleaned the plate. Come hungry and leave happy and full. Extremely reasonable prices and perfect portion sizes. Don't miss out on this location. Enchiladas Supreme was delicious. 4 of them for around 12$ 1 beef 1 cheese 1 bean and 1 chicken.“
“I DO NOT LIKE THE CUSTOMER ELECTRONIC ORDERING STATIONS. TOO MUCH LIKE SELF SERVICE.The employees were very kind and helpful to me. Otherwise, I probably would have walked out without ordering or eating.ALWAYS SKIMPY on the taco meat, less than a tablespoon.I heard 2 other customers say they ordered the wrong things due to not understanding the self service ordering. The employees were so kind and willing to immediately please those customers.“
“Sons of Smoke has a great local following and appears to be family-run, which I appreciate. Their namesake smoke on the ribs was excellent, with a great char and deep flavor. However the meat itself was quite dry, almost grainy in texture, that their sweet and hot barbecue sauces couldn't save. I enjoyed the Friday special, the pork tenderloin sandwich. It was pounded very thin and breaded well so that it had both a crunch and was chewy. The rest of the food, while cooked well, was bland and lacked flavor overall, including the green beans, onion rings, pulled pork, and baked potato. A little more seasoning and Sons of Smoke could easily be one of the best barbecue joints around.“
“The wife and I are new to the area and decided to go out for some Mexican food. I've got to say this is hands down the best restaurant food we've had in a while. We ordered an agua de tamarindo and an agua de horchata to drink. Wife and I split a Huarache de carne asada and each had 1 sope also carne asada. We also had esquites on the side to share. We left the place stuffed and happy. Eat here! I promise you'll love it!“
“My wife and I have been going here since they opened, the food is great.The app they make you use to do a pickup order is a scam though. Everything is(or was at the time I attempted to order) priced higher than the menu when you go in to eat. If I'm going to pay the same amount either way then I'll come get free salsa and chips, and drink refills. That extra money can go to the servers tip then.“

“I lived in Texas for quite a long time, and Texans know about Mexican food-so I was pleasantly surprised that Tennessee has such a good Mexican restaurant! The food was well seasoned, and they didn't spice it up so much that one's nose starts to run & their eyes water-the salsa was great, and my dish had a side of rice with a creamy, flavorable cheese sauce on it that was great! Prices were reasonable and our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable and served us well. All in all a wonderful experience!“
“My and my husband really enjoyed our lunch and will for sure be back. He loved the shrimp cocktail that he got, he especially like that it came in a bowl and I happened to get chili relleno, and I was so thrilled that it came without breading, which I love, it had sauce and cheese and it was absolutely delicious!!!“
“We love this place! Found it one night when our power was out and needed dinner. It is a hole in the wall type, but the chorizo dip, birria tacos (it was just a special that day...I don't think it's permanent), and the margarita with the Mexican candy rim are what keep bringing my husband and I back! Nice people too :)“
