“First time here. Tried a grilled burrito and a cheese pizza to compare Mexican and Italian offerings. Both were first rate. Burrito ingredients fresh and tasty. Pizza rivaled the best I've had in Chattanooga. Nice portion size too. Highly recommend if you're not looking for fancy, but rather comfortable and yummy. :)“

“The 2 times I have visited Portofino's has been excellent. The atmosphere was amazing and everyone was nice and friendly. They are very attentive and knowledgeable about the food. My waitress Sydney B was very respectful and attentive to our needs. She was very polite and patient. The food A1, the service is A1 and the atmosphere is A1. “The service was A+ first off and the Buffalo Chicken Ranch pizza was delicious ?. It was loaded with chicken n cheese, drizzle wit ranch n just the right amount of sauce to set it off ?. The lady who took my order and prepared my pizza was fantastic“

“I moved here 2 years ago and this was the first place I stop for dinner and since the first day they treated me like a local. The bartender asked me : You are not from here don’t you? And I said, No, I just moved with my family, and from there she started suggesting what to get from the menu, put me up to date with the area, and not only she introduced me to some of their regular customers she even recommended other restaurants, schools and even a good church. The staff has always been nice, but yes sometimes they are a little busy, what is understandable. Coming from FL I had to wait at least 45 min minimum just to get a table. In some occasions the owner has stopped by my table to say hi and to ask about how the service was going and once he even give me and my cousin to try for free the loaded nachos before they put them in the menu. In my opinion, not only the food has been great, (and I have tried most of the menu), but the staff has been extremely helpful and nice taking in consideration that I was new in the area. So for me this has been a great place so far, service is great, food is good and they try to at least make a personal connection with you which most of the places don’t even care. NYPD is a great place and Im happy we have it here in town.“

“Not only is their pizza awesome they are awesome people. I was there today picking up an order and I dropped my wallet as I left. About 15 minutes later I got a call from a very nice lady explaining she had found my wallet. I drive back and got my wallet and I was humbled by the niceness of the lady. “I've been coming here since they opened years ago. They have the best pizza for a chain in town. They're what Pizza Hut used to be in the 90's. Also better than Domino's and Papa John's. Lately this location hasn't been that busy. I hope the owner doesn't close it down.“

Cicis is usually chaotic but not today, it was chill the food was fresh and plenty of choices were available. I even caught them sining happy birthday to an elderly patron. “I can always trust the staff here for a good pizza. I find the little secret meaning of the single olive funny tho. Sometimes they get overloaded cause it could be a holiday or weekend, and still they pull through. Sometimes tho the customers can get impatient and not understand the situation and I wish they did. But other than that I don't have any issues with the food and it's always fairly cheap.“
