“The pizza(s) were really good! The only issue is ordering online. It told us how long to expect, then kept telling us 15 minutes for an hour and 20 minutes. Yet upon retrieving our dinner, the pizzas were still hot. Well done guys. Other than that, no problems and good food.“

“Food was fresh and the custome pizzas were very fast. No concerns with the food at all!

If there was one thing the owner/management could improve is that the restrooms smell awful and can be noticed all the way up to the drink machine area. It’s like a chlorine and dirty bathroom smell.“

“First time here. Tried a grilled burrito and a cheese pizza to compare Mexican and Italian offerings. Both were first rate. Burrito ingredients fresh and tasty. Pizza rivaled the best I've had in Chattanooga. Nice portion size too. Highly recommend if you're not looking for fancy, but rather comfortable and yummy. :)“

“I moved here 2 years ago and this was the first place I stop for dinner and since the first day they treated me like a local. The bartender asked me : You are not from here don’t you? And I said, No, I just moved with my family, and from there she started suggesting what to get from the menu, put me up to date with the area, and not only she introduced me to some of their regular customers she even recommended other restaurants, schools and even a good church. The staff has always been nice, but yes sometimes they are a little busy, what is understandable. Coming from FL I had to wait at least 45 min minimum just to get a table. In some occasions the owner has stopped by my table to say hi and to ask about how the service was going and once he even give me and my cousin to try for free the loaded nachos before they put them in the menu. In my opinion, not only the food has been great, (and I have tried most of the menu), but the staff has been extremely helpful and nice taking in consideration that I was new in the area. So for me this has been a great place so far, service is great, food is good and they try to at least make a personal connection with you which most of the places don’t even care. NYPD is a great place and Im happy we have it here in town.“

“The 2 times I have visited Portofino's has been excellent. The atmosphere was amazing and everyone was nice and friendly. They are very attentive and knowledgeable about the food. My waitress Sydney B was very respectful and attentive to our needs. She was very polite and patient. The food A1, the service is A1 and the atmosphere is A1. I do recommend this restaurant to anyone.“

“I've been coming here since they opened years ago. They have the best pizza for a chain in town. They're what Pizza Hut used to be in the 90's. Also better than Domino's and Papa John's. Lately this location hasn't been that busy. I hope the owner doesn't close it down.“

“Not only is their pizza awesome they are awesome people. I was there today picking up an order and I dropped my wallet as I left. About 15 minutes later I got a call from a very nice lady explaining she had found my wallet. I drive back and got my wallet and I was humbled by the niceness of the lady. “I had stopped trying to order on Marcos.com because it never would work. Lo and behold tonight I tried again and it is now one of the best online food ordering venues I have encountered. I even called the store and gave them my compliments. By the way, just don’t even try ordering Chicken Salad Chick. My last order went to someone else’s house. They even sent me a picture!“

“A pizza hut inside a gas station is very convenient. Maybe once they get more established, they will add a bit more to their menu, but for it to be inside of a gas station, it's amazing. They are smaller than the small pizzas but double the size of the personal pan not to mention for a great price!!!“

“ordered our first pizza. got wings and 2 pizzas, $32. felt the wings were small and didn't get many. flavor was good for spicy one. pizza was more like a medium sized but tasted good not greasy. ingredient amount was awesome. Will get again. loved how you express your love for God on box.“

“Cicis hit the spot today. My husband and I came in from a difficult day at work, and the new managers just made it even better! They were superfriendly and attentive. Cicis is usually chaotic but not today, it was chill the food was fresh and plenty of choices were available. I even caught them sining happy birthday to an elderly patron. Overall clean, friendly, and delicious! Today 5 starts is well earned!“

“I can always trust the staff here for a good pizza. I find the little secret meaning of the single olive funny tho. Sometimes they get overloaded cause it could be a holiday or weekend, and still they pull through. Sometimes tho the customers can get impatient and not understand the situation and I wish they did. But other than that I don't have any issues with the food and it's always fairly cheap.“
