“The gentlemen behind the counter were pleasant and helpful. We got two of the plates, and while they said it would be a ten minute wait, I do not believe it took more than five or six.
My daughter got the shrimp with regular sauce, and I got the crab & lobster with spicy sauce. When I asked if the sausage was pork, was told it was, so I told my daughter she could have mine. The lovely gentleman said he could substitute two eggs for the sausage instead.
I want everyone to know that the spicy sauce was truly DELICIOUS! It was just the right amount of heat without being distracting or overpowering, and the taste was phenomenal! After reading the great reviews, we drove down from Soddy, and it will NOT be the last time we make that drive.
The amazing flavors were well cooked into every bite, and the portion size was enough for both of us to have leftovers tomorrow.
They do have seating for four, but it appears to be mostly take out business. There was a TV in the customer area, and there was good music playing while we waited. It was absolutely worth the wait to get back home!

“during the floods last week I decided to try it, despite it pouring down raining, ordered a bag to go, I SPECIFICALLY said no pork sausage in it (health reasons) I get all the way home and guess what's in it? 😡 So I had to give it away, I called them and the young lady apologized and said if I bring it back (30 min drive in floodwaters) she would give me another, or if I came in later she would replace it. I came in today (with receipt) to get it and the manager told me she could only give me a 25% discount. The service is bad and the food is mediocre never again.“

“I’m from Maryland and my family mentioned this food truck. I stopped by with my mother for the ribeye tray and strawberry lemonade. When we opened our food we noticed the shrimp wasn’t there. It was a distance , so we didn’t go back. I recommend checking your plate before you leave. The food tasted scrumptious. I would order this takeout again. For 2 plates and 2 lemonades it was $91. It was pricey. Maybe they can offer someone to bring your food to your car since there was not eating seating to wait for food or a system that let you know your food was ready. You had to keep going up to see if your food was ready.“

“Recently, The Acropolis catered an event we had. The service and food were excellent. All my guests enjoyed the menu. I will use them again and want to encourage others to consider their services. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount and quality of food. And congratulations on 30 successful years serving the Chattanooga area!“

“I had my wedding reception here! It's still one of my favorite places to eat at!! I love the Johnny Trio or the Tuscan Sirloin but lately their pasta dishes have been really really good!! And of course you can't beat the bread, especially if it's fresh! The Chocolate Dream Cake is a thing of beauty! Generous portion that's moist and not overly sweet. You'll definitely walk out with a full tummy and smile on your face!“

“Rare 5 Star from me...place is FIRE birds!! Lawrence, our server was spectacular. Attentive and suggested great options. Both had the 3 piece combos deal. I had the grilled chicken, client had the top sirloin. Both starts with a salad, it is probably one of the best salads I've eaten in like forever. The secret ingredient is probably the candied nuts? The dressing is excellent and the lettuce and vegetables in it just made it great. My chicken was super tender, two breasts, with mashed potatoes and a melody of vegetables highly recommended. He had the top sirloin with a cheese sauce on top also mashed potatoes and broccoli and ate every last bit of food. Lastly it comes with desserts which is almost overkill because you're so stuffed from the food. I had creme de brulee cheesecake... Absolutely fantastic! He had putting bread with blueberry sauce and he tells me it is the best he's ever had anywhere in his entire life and that's a bold statement! This is a small chain and worth the visit whether you're staying near here or a local. Be prepared to be wowed.“

“Celebrating birthday. Great food. Enjoyed the birthday dessert perk. Plenty of food left over to take home. Some minor issues with service, waitress had some issues packaging our take home correctly. Actually I don't like my food being taken back to the kitchen. In the future just bring me boxes. My water glass went dry. At first, ok, then long periods of time between table visits. Ordered coffee when we got our desserts. Never came. Didn't say anything, as we'd been there well over an hour and a half, time to go. Waitress very nice, maybe having a bad evening, or new, could do better. Was still tipped well. I'd expect perfect service at JA's.“

“When placing my order thru the drive thru window I wasn't ready on my end so the CDs associate had to make two payments for the order but before I pulled off to go to the pick up window the associate was very informative about my payment. The gentleman was very helpful and very nice about the situation. My order for the family was correct. Great service good food.“
