“By far the best breakfast in town. Tazewell could use double drive thru like Harrogate just got. I'm from Maynardville and drive through to take care of my parents multiple times a week. I pass about 4 Hardee's on my way. Even though I wait for Maynardville, I have to say I hit Tazewell for dinner sometimes and MAN ALIVE it is some good charbroiled burgers. I grew up on Hardee's so I'm so glad it's coming back around! Great job to whoever is turning this brand around.“

“Was traveling through Ky and noticed a huge crowd in the drive-thru, so I went inside. They wait was long as it was lunch time and several work crews trying to get a quick bite. They little burgers were good, fresh and hot. The worker folks were very friendly and busting their tails!?“

“They service was so fast the drive thru has their act together . But when by their the other day and the girl on the headset was so rude to me I pulled up it was some black hair girl tall it was around 11am she wore glasses she was rude as heck but the short blonde was very kind that gave my food to me. But the other one acts like she has a big problem . If I was her boss she wouldn't work their long get her the heck out there before your store goes to piece middlesboro taco bell“

“I like eating here a lot. Ive never had a bad experience here until today. I came here today with friends and the cashier, Tami got a bit snappy towards my friend who was ordering. She also forgot drinks for my kids friends, and rang me up for a sandwich instead of a combo. When we commented on this she took our receipt and walked off briefly instesd of getting someone to fix it, and never returned our recepit either. I understand things get busy, from personal experience but a little more care needs to be had when taking orders for dine in.“

“Please keep the toasted cheddar chalupas the normal chalupas are soggy & blek like most besides hard shells & even they go soggy within 5 minutes or less. Also bring back the beef & chicken taquitos rolls thingies. Had to take Dolly Parton just to get a classic back (Mex Pizza) also bring back taco salads & potatoes if those aren’t back yet. Thanks.“

“Reina lechera de Middlesboro. Los grandes placeres de la vida. Las ventiscas son tan deliciosas. Sándwiches de pescado. El servicio al cliente es el mejor. Batidos de chocolate. “We have passed this place for several years but finally decided to give it a try. The restaurant itself is older but well maintained and clean. I am happy tried it out, we tried both their regular chicken and chicken tenders. I got a two piece meal with a leg & thigh (my preference) and my husband got 2 tenders snack option which comes with a biscuit. Mine came with a biscuit and 2 sides. I got green beans and corn on the cob. Everything was delicious and their biscuits were better than Popeyes.“

“Food inconsistent. Service pretty good. 6 employees in the drive thru . I order the same thing everything. I'll have either no napkins or 6. Almost always uses to large of a bag. Just consistant bagging can drop your paper cost easily.“

“This papa John's in New Tazewell TN is amazing! I had a slight issue a few days ago, and Mr Dave & Mr.Mike went way out of the way to make things right. You just don't get service like this anymore. I appreciate yall so very much. Papa John's has the best food & definitely the best service in town!!!! 10 stars!!!?“

“Love getting my sub sandwich here they are always friendly to everyone and the sub sandwich as always is delicious 😋 and the new worker today March 5, 2025 she did an amazing job making my sub sandwich she was sweet nice and kept a smile on her face“

“Went in for a late night pizza Sunday and the customer service was top notch. Even though she was busy cutting pizza and cashiering she went out of the way to make customers feel welcome. Plus was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time.“
