Came in on 08.10.2023 to redeem a coupon for buy one footlong and a drink get one free. Cashier said that the coupon was unredeemable due to my order not matching the requirements. (Mind you, it’s says buy one footling and fountain drink, get one free). I asked how this was the case since the order present is exactly what was described. This subway was horrible! My sandwich is so dry its disgusting. i ordered a number 10, (turkey, ham, bacon etc). when i go to pay i order 2 cookies. not only did the man NOT give me my 2$ change back, he also didn’t give me my cookies. then i get home to eat my sandwich AND THERES NO BACON OR TURKEY ON MY SANDWICH.
