Ordered a sub online. Added what I wanted and guess what? Completely messed it up. Just wanted pickles but I got onions and somehow jalapenos 😑. This will be the last time I ever order from there. $12 for absolute nothing.
Train your employees better. Used to be good but the new lady is untrained and needs better customer service.
Refused to honor a coupon that I literally got in the mail today. Willing to pay for the coupon price but they refused. Told them they can throw the subs out
