“What can I say about Flour Your Dreams Bakery that hasn't been said already? Their staff is always so nice and helpful, their coffee and pastries even better! They have some of the best croissants I've ever had. Their muffins are soft and delicious, scones with yummy new flavors I've never seen before. Huge delicious cinnamon rolls and the best bread! Truly amazing little place.“

“What can I say to express my satisfaction. 5 stars is not enough. I don’t live around here, and while in town, came for a small morning snack. I don’t like cream cheese unless it’s on a plain bagel (not toasted) and it can only be Philadelphia brand. Weird, I know, but that’s just how it is for me.
They make their cream cheese in house so I thought I’d give it a try.
And let me tell you the experience I had was ✨incredible✨
I tried a small bite first.

The realization: Wasn’t bad… was actually good! First thought was there wasn’t a single thing bad about it. I added more on my bagel.

The acceptance: With every bite, I tasted another reason why this was the best cream cheese I had ever had (coming from a person who doesn’t like cream cheese). First it melts in your mouth like whipped butter on a roll, then it graces your tastebuds like a flower blesses your sense of smell and gives this delicate but well rounded premium cream cheese flavor.

The second realization: Before I could even get through a few bites I was overcome with the fact that this cream cheese was the answer to my original dislike of the food. I was falling in love. But as I mentioned, I don’t live anywhere near here. When I tell you, tears started welling up in my eyes that this was likely the last time I would get to eat this creamy miracle. I was straight up CRYING IN MY CAR. Full streams now and I couldn’t stop laughing at myself for getting so emotional over food.
I’ve never gotten emotional over food like this before. Maybe it’s the pregnancy hormones, but I like to believe that this bagel place just knows that to make good food, you have to start with high quality ingredients. Oof that sounds like a corporate slogan. *cringe* But I can’t think of better words to describe what’s going on in there when they make their food. Anyways….

TLDR: get the cream cheese. I laughed, I cried, I wish I lived next to this place so I could get fat off their from-scratch bagels. 10/10 would recommend.“

“Let’s be honest, these are the best cookies around…sure, maybe you’ve once tasted a better cookie in your life. Or maybe there’s other flavors you prefer in juxtaposition to these kooky cookies. But, if I had to take a punch to get a single cookie from HiFi, well that would be the price. As a Nashville native that no longer lives within city limits, I specifically drudge through 4hrs round trip traffic from east TN just to get a couple boxes of cookies every few months. They freeze well and toast up great. They’re great fresh. And the seasonal offerings always have at least 1 that costs me 3hrs on the row machine. It's a staple in her home, and somehow the bread is the focus of every plate it's on. Every single bite is precious, dense, rich with flavor, and it's made me realize how much all other bread I've ever bought or eaten sucks. Every single time! It makes coming home to sad bread the worst thing ever. I hadn't tagged along to the physical location with her until this morning. It's perfect. The smell when you open the door is enough to make you want to move in. The bar is lined with goodies with people's names on them like it's Christmas. There's a giant grid wall with more presents waiting to be taken home, every little door like a day on an advent calendar. One big, round table in the middle has butts in every seat, and everyone sitting at it together is laughing, enjoying their snacks, and hugging almost every person coming through the door because everyone seems to know and love each other. I hope one day I live near a bakery like this.“
