My husband and I love Ramen and stopped in while in town. The ramen was fantastic and the spicy crab salad was also great. Would highly recommend!
I love their poke bowls! They give you so much food, too!
It's order at a kiosk, sit down and wait for them to call your number. Food was good though but no interaction with staff at all.

Based on six reviews, Ichi Ramen is a restaurant that serves some of the best Katsu Chicken in a Ramen or Udon bowl, which is hot and packed with great flavor. It is also considered one of the best poke bowl places and the best poke and ramen place in TN. The food quality is 11 out of 10, fresh tasting, and beautifully plated like food art. The crunchy roll is excellent, especially with soy sauce and wasabi, and the Tonkatsu is very good with great broth and noodles. The volume of food for the price is over the norm. The employees are so sweet, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is chill, very clean, and really enjoyable. The only missing thing is a fountain drink machine, but there are lots of drink options for milk teas. The Green tea with honey and jasmine is refreshing, and the fruit boba tea has bits of peach. The restaurant is highly recommended.
