“Food was fresh and the custome pizzas were very fast. No concerns with the food at all!

If there was one thing the owner/management could improve is that the restrooms smell awful and can be noticed all the way up to the drink machine area. It’s like a chlorine and dirty bathroom smell.“

“I moved here 2 years ago and this was the first place I stop for dinner and since the first day they treated me like a local. The bartender asked me : You are not from here don’t you? And I said, No, I just moved with my family, and from there she started suggesting what to get from the menu, put me up to date with the area, and not only she introduced me to some of their regular customers she even recommended other restaurants, schools and even a good church. The staff has always been nice, but yes sometimes they are a little busy, what is understandable. Coming from FL I had to wait at least 45 min minimum just to get a table. In some occasions the owner has stopped by my table to say hi and to ask about how the service was going and once he even give me and my cousin to try for free the loaded nachos before they put them in the menu. In my opinion, not only the food has been great, (and I have tried most of the menu), but the staff has been extremely helpful and nice taking in consideration that I was new in the area. So for me this has been a great place so far, service is great, food is good and they try to at least make a personal connection with you which most of the places don’t even care. NYPD is a great place and Im happy we have it here in town.“

“Since moving to Hixson 11 months ago, this store has been our goto for pizza! Always great deals online and we haven’t had a single issue with an order yet! It’s always fast, and every pizza is made and cooked perfectly. The staff is friendly and attentive.“

“Pan Crust cheese lovers for me. Stuffed crust with mushrooms and onions for her. Steady and solid enough to review and rate. My two cats that love me the most usually eat some cheese and one of them likes a crust crumb or two. So I have happy memories associated with this place. I don't care about lofty tastes or increasing knowledge. I know enough to put extra cinnamon and honey in my ice cream and I can cook some dishes. I have learned which spices go with which cuisines and which spices go together. I get excited about cooking adventures and enjoy not following a recipe and coming up with my own thing slightly more than following a recipe, but I can do both with mostly positive results. And I like Pizza Hut.“

“What an overall phenomenal experience we had with Mr. T’s! The owners both personally responded to an inquiry I had sent in about a large order placed for our fantasy football draft. Their customer service was incredible. We got the food right on time and it was hot and tasty. The pizzas were fantastic and the wings were crispy and delicious. Nate the delivery guy was on top of his game! We will order again and again!“

“The atmosphere in here alone made it worth the trip. Add in super friendly staff and some really flavorful pizza and what more could you want? Grabbed a slice of pepperoni and a slice of their special of the day. Tried the meatballs as an appetizer, which surprised me by their size, but they pack a lot of flavor in a small bite and the sauce they use is fantastic. Sweet little spot to check out if you’re in the area. Don’t be scared of the paid parking when you get there, it’s surprisingly cheap.“
