“I moved here 2 years ago and this was the first place I stop for dinner and since the first day they treated me like a local. The bartender asked me : You are not from here don’t you? And I said, No, I just moved with my family, and from there she started suggesting what to get from the menu, put me up to date with the area, and not only she introduced me to some of their regular customers she even recommended other restaurants, schools and even a good church. The staff has always been nice, but yes sometimes they are a little busy, what is understandable. Coming from FL I had to wait at least 45 min minimum just to get a table. In some occasions the owner has stopped by my table to say hi and to ask about how the service was going and once he even give me and my cousin to try for free the loaded nachos before they put them in the menu. In my opinion, not only the food has been great, (and I have tried most of the menu), but the staff has been extremely helpful and nice taking in consideration that I was new in the area. So for me this has been a great place so far, service is great, food is good and they try to at least make a personal connection with you which most of the places don’t even care. NYPD is a great place and Im happy we have it here in town.“

Not only was the pizza piping hot and delicious, but the delivery driver truly went above and beyond to ensure that my order was delivered in a timely and professional manner.First and foremost, the driver arrived at my doorstep with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel instantly at ease. He was polite and professional, and his enthusiasm for his job was evident in the way he interacted with me. He even took the time to confirm my order and make sure that everything was correct before handing it over to me.What impressed me the most was the care and attention to detail that the driver showed in handling my order. Despite the rainy weather, he made sure to keep my pizza warm and dry by using a thermal bag. “Best pizza I’ve had in the whole year I moved here. I’m originally 30 years ago from NYC, but I’ve lived in 12 countries and 10 to 14 states. This is the closest to an nyc pizza you will find. Wish they had actual food though.“

“Backtracked off I24 outside Chattanooga on our trip between MO and NC. Googled chef salads near me and found Odell’s. Wasn’t sure about it not knowing the area but when we saw how cute and clean it was we decided to try it. Best decision we could’ve made. I got my chef salad which was the best I ever had. Hubby had turkey sandwich and son had pizza and shake. Everything so AWESOME!!! The owner and chef came over to chat with us. I told my husband I want to make it a point to stop in again on the way back thru. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!“

And Today we found it at Southside Pizza, we ordered 2 slices to eat in, one bite and I knew I had to order a 20 inch pie to take home. although it takes 40+ minutes to get there, this will now be our pizza place ! Excellent service and very friendly staff. I'd give this pizza a 9.5, great crispy thin crust, sauce very good not too sweet,and the sausage has a nice spice to it !! thank you for a great pie, Dean and Donna“

“A brunch all day restaurant is the perfect addition to the southside. I walk here, but there is a nice free parking lot adjacent. The bagels are the real deal, the tots are delicious, great options for everyone. I have loved everything I’ve tried. So far, my favorites: the French toast, the avocado toast with egg, and I love their thin crust pizza. Drinks, coffee drinks, great service - all the things that make me happy!“

“This location gets our order right 98% if the time. Sometimes the food isn't consistently fresh or cooked the same but the taste is always good. The employees are mostly kind but a few aren't as pleasant. The atmosphere isn't bad but isn't outstanding, either. I didn't feel that this warranted quite as low as 3 stars because they're more often good over bad.“

“I've been coming here since they opened years ago. They have the best pizza for a chain in town. They're what Pizza Hut used to be in the 90's. Also better than Domino's and Papa John's. Lately this location hasn't been that busy. I hope the owner doesn't close it down.“

He has such an amazing kind, friendly giving spirit. The food is hot and fresh and if there's something that you want, he makes it for you again with a smile on his face.
