“Since 2018 the wife & I have frequented Bridgeman's. We have never been disappointed by the staff & more importantly the food. Sadly life is moving us down to Florida but future forward when back in Chattanooga area we will come to Bridgeman's to eat & hopefully Derrick will still be there as he has for so many years taking care of us.“

“This was not my first time at Firebirds but it was the best time. Made a reservation through OpenTable, and had zero wait to sit down. Our server, Vanessa, was fast and attentive with everything. She even was amazing at accommodating my picky aunt who ended up getting three sides instead of an actual entree. The food was amazing, the service was even better. If you are lucky enough to get Vanessa you’ll have a great time.“

“Came in for the Walkabout Wednesday special. Was absolutely GREAT last week. This week - not so much :(. Steak was not nearly as good and I was served a left over re-warmed baked potato. HATE re-warmed potatoes!! NOT impressed with my meal at all today. Only thing up to their usual standards was the bread and butter.“

“Jadyn was an amazing server! Her section was packed on Easter Sunday and she kept our table cleaned, clear and drinks refilled. She was so kind and helped us pick out amazing steaks! She even suggested I add mushrooms and onions to my steak and my lord it was delicious! She deserves a raise!“
