“New to town and wanted something fresh for lunch and found this place scrolling around on Google maps. My group tried 3 of their sandwiches and everyone really enjoyed them. Box lunch is a deal that comes with your sandwhich, choice of a side (we did potato and mac salad, potato was the fave), a drink, and a large homemade cookie. Cookies were amazing! Price was 11.50 per box lunch at the time of this review, very reasonable for the quantity and quality of food you get. Also, the ladies behind the counter were nice as can be, new lunch spot for sure!“

Have met some wonderful people and the waitress is super! She is on top of game no matter how big of crowd have,fast always serves food, drinks with smile and makes you feel welcome! “Hey just went out to for lunch at Logan's Roadhose in Jackson. Man Everthing was on point... Went in had no wait, was seated immediately and our drinks orders were taken right away. There were so many choices for Appetizers we order a bunch of them. By the time we got our Entrée's we were quite full. Brylie, our server was most accommodating and made sure our orders were made to our specifications. She kept coming back to make sure all was fine and kept refilling our glasses. The owner Aaron also came by a few times to make sure we were totally happy with our meals. If you look at the pictures below I'm sure you'll see the portions are Plentiful and L@@k Delicious. I will definitely be returning again and again. Thank you for a Pleasant Experience.“

“Wife and I went her for our 35th wedding anniversary. All the food and the service were great. I had the bone-in ribeye that was cooked a perfect medium and she had tomahawk chops. Place is a little dimly lit but it was nice for a romantic getaway.“

“Our go-to place for barbecue and fixings, vegetables, value, and service. Just a bit west of Jackson on Hwy. 70. Has daily specials and lots of food for the money. We especially like the pulled barbecue, cabbage, green beans, stir fried vegetables cooked in olive oil, cornbread, and pecan pie. We have not come close to eating everything that is available.“

“Went there for an early dinner. Waitress was busy so another lady took our drink orders which was 2 waters. Our waitress finally appeared and we explained to her that another lady had taken our drink orders but she never delivered them. Our original waitress ended up getting our drinks and then took our order. Evidently the original waitress was slammed with customers but when she was able she did check with us frequently asking us if there was anything else we needed. We will return in the future.“

Marilyn, our server, was a great representative for Cheddar’s; prompt with reception & ordering, and a sincere thumb’s up on the food selections. I ordered the whitefish lunch special, and my husband ordered the pork chop dinner- wowza! Impressive!\nWe observed a man deep-cleaning a booth- he sprayed disinfectant the cushioned seats (rare, as most places usually leave the greasy spots) and even used a flashlight (never saw that before!)to thoroughly clean underneath! the booth!! Seeing, thus, confirmed that the management was A+\nOur food was cooked & plated so deliciously. We could not have asked for more- and the hot honey buttered rolls were like having dessert first :)\nDon’t hesitate to stop-in for a fresh, delicious, and very pleasant reasonably-priced meal. “We arrived late in day, we had looked at menus online and thought we hadn’t been to Longhorn in quite some time. We were seated in bar area and bartender greeted us. I explained I have a soy allergy and he was extremely knowledgeable about what did and didn’t have soy and he stated they usually spay their steaks with soy spay. I asked they not spray mine and ordered the 8 oz sirloin med rare a loaded baked potato and asparagus…it was cooked to perfection but both mine and Husbands was a little salty. We enjoyed our dinner and if back in Jackson May dine there again.“

“Today, March 29, 2025 at about 2:08 p.m we had a GREAT EXPERIENCE at Marble Slab Creamery located at 1032a Vann Drive in Jackson, TN 38305. Samantha T. was very NICE and PROFESSIONAL! She knew her job and she is good at it, she was patient with us. I did not know exactly what I wanted, she was attentive and courteous. THANKS Samantha T.! The world can take notes from you; it would be a better place if everyone had your kind demeanor. I would definitely recommend this place. The ice cream and the Great America cookies are PHENOMENAL!! Only down side is its expensive. Nearly $16.00 for sandwich, chips, and water. Overall though I'll definitely be back bc sandwich is just that good.“

“It was a pleasant turnaround from our last visit. We hadn't been to Red Robin in Jackson in well over a year because of our last experience. At that time the service was terrible, the food quality had slipped, and it literally broke my heart to come to terms with the diminishing standard.

Today was a complete 180 from our experience last year. Under new management, I spoke with Managing partner, Jeff Brewer, and I gave him and his staff the review they have worked so hard to earn. Chris was our waiter and he was phenomenal! He really went above and beyond to make the experience all that it was meant to be. He was actually the shift supervisor and was out waiting tables, leading by example. I strongly urge people to give Red Robin in Jackson a second chance! They are working hard to restore the image!“

“The food is good, the service is terrible, the waitresses are talking very loudly all the time, they don't serve you, they prepare their food and forget to offer more coffee or anything you need, and finally, when paying, you have to leave them a tip. Because if they start yelling at you in front of other people, it happened to me and I felt attacked by the staff. I think that no one is obliged to leave a tip and this should be earned for the service you offer.“
