“I would give five stars for the food however some days the food is very good and other days it's okay. We know when we always get a different chief on different days this sometime happens. But for the most parts the food is delicious the place is ALWAYS clean the waitress is always helpful and around when needed and the atmosphere is awesome. I will continue to come here for good ole home cookin!“

“Jackson TN was the half way point to where we were going. We wanted to stay away from commercial restaurants and saw this place had great reviews. We got chicken strips and pork chops. The chicken strips were very good. Not over cooked at all. The onion rings were also cooked perfectly. The pork chop was so very good. The seasoning was great, it was tender and not dry. Highly recommend.“

“Can you please add gravy or no gravy to the chicken and dressing on your menu? I don't like gravy on mine. Also please add more cranberry sauce to the chicken and dressing. The amt. is so scant. Also we need to have a choice of pie when we order. You send whatever you have the most of it seems. And I've ordered tea and haven't got recently. I order fairly frequently from dumplins. I use delivery. The food is good. And the portion sizes are enough for 2 meals for me. Thank you.“

“New to town and wanted something fresh for lunch and found this place scrolling around on Google maps. My group tried 3 of their sandwiches and everyone really enjoyed them. Box lunch is a deal that comes with your sandwhich, choice of a side (we did potato and mac salad, potato was the fave), a drink, and a large homemade cookie. Cookies were amazing! Price was 11.50 per box lunch at the time of this review, very reasonable for the quantity and quality of food you get. Also, the ladies behind the counter were nice as can be, new lunch spot for sure!“

“Great local spots. Quick and pleasant service. Live music on Friday and Saturday nights. Locals are friendly and before your know it, you're having white tea shots with them. The steak was tender and prepared perfectly. The red beans were on point! A definite must have. I will definitely be visiting again when in the area.“

“Hey just went out to for lunch at Logan's Roadhose in Jackson. Man Everthing was on point... Went in had no wait, was seated immediately and our drinks orders were taken right away. There were so many choices for Appetizers we order a bunch of them. By the time we got our Entrée's we were quite full. Brylie, our server was most accommodating and made sure our orders were made to our specifications. She kept coming back to make sure all was fine and kept refilling our glasses. The owner Aaron also came by a few times to make sure we were totally happy with our meals. If you look at the pictures below I'm sure you'll see the portions are Plentiful and L@@k Delicious. “We experienced a wonderful Thanksgiving at Flatiron Grille. Although I neglected to make accommodations for our party, this restaurant didn’t turn us away. They accommodated us quickly, and the food didn’t disappoint! Our waiter, Frederick, was outstanding. Management was top notch. The restaurant was super clean, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. I wanted to treat my mom, who has Alzheimer’s, for a great time this year. “Went there for an early dinner. Waitress was busy so another lady took our drink orders which was 2 waters. Our waitress finally appeared and we explained to her that another lady had taken our drink orders but she never delivered them. Our original waitress ended up getting our drinks and then took our order. Evidently the original waitress was slammed with customers but when she was able she did check with us frequently asking us if there was anything else we needed. We will return in the future.“

“If you can't find something you like here you aren't looking hard enough. The variety and quality of the food was outstanding for a Chinese buffet. “It was a pleasant turnaround from our last visit. We hadn't been to Red Robin in Jackson in well over a year because of our last experience. At that time the service was terrible, the food quality had slipped, and it literally broke my heart to come to terms with the diminishing standard.

Today was a complete 180 from our experience last year. Under new management, I spoke with Managing partner, Jeff Brewer, and I gave him and his staff the review they have worked so hard to earn. Chris was our waiter and he was phenomenal! He really went above and beyond to make the experience all that it was meant to be. He was actually the shift supervisor and was out waiting tables, leading by example. I strongly urge people to give Red Robin in Jackson a second chance! They are working hard to restore the image!“

“I traveled a lot in the last 5 years and have eaten at 32 different locations. I have only ever had 1 bad meal and the MP Managing partner was on site and comped my entire meal and invited me back on her. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and everyone was smiling. The music was Christmas and the volume was perfect. Every where I looked was clean and well kept. Today Pam and I and a good friend Jeff who also spent many years in the food industry came in for a Sunday lunch. We began with a House margarita with a Patron kicker while Pam had a glass of Dark Horse Cabernet, and Jeff had water (light weight). We then had a Cactus Blossom which was perfectly cooked not grease at all but crisp and fresh. Pam had a Filet Mid Rare it was cooked perfectly With a house salad with Romaine instead of Iceberg and it was very cold and fresh my gal was very happy. Jeff had the Ribeye and Ribs which he devoured and never said much as he was busy stuffing his face. lol I had a 16oz Mid Rare Prime Rib with a house salad and loaded baker. The Salad was verry cold and crisp and the house made dressing was great. My potato was hot and fluffy. Now My Prime Rib was freaking great. for starters I think it was about 20oz instead of 16oz it was a perfect Mid Rare. Our Server was a gentleman named "Q". One of the best server I have come across in a long while. He had a great personality and very fun, and he had great menu knowledge, and was well versed in the wine list which I find very rare. The Manager Eileen came by the table and asked how we were doing. We had a great chat and we praised her staff and food and she put the focus back on her Staff, a true professional.“
