“We went for lunch, its was very very good. A nice lunch menu to choose from, I had the fried catfish, with dirty rice and gumbo. My wife had a steak with a loaded potato, loaded has an up charge. It was busy. In comparison whats around it has the best best quality food.“

Box lunch is a deal that comes with your sandwhich, choice of a side (we did potato and mac salad, potato was the fave), a drink, and a large homemade cookie. Cookies were amazing! Price was 11.50 per box lunch at the time of this review, very reasonable for the quantity and quality of food you get. Also, the ladies behind the counter were nice as can be, new lunch spot for sure!“

“My friend and I ate dinner at Dixie Castle II.We got there around 5:20 because Friday evenings can be busy. By the time we were leaving it was very crowded. The grilled chicken was very tasty along with a side salad. My friend had the filet Mignon and I tasted it, it was also very good. It's a very hometown feel cafe.“

“Hey just went out to for lunch at Logan's Roadhose in Jackson. Man Everthing was on point... Went in had no wait, was seated immediately and our drinks orders were taken right away. There were so many choices for Appetizers we order a bunch of them. By the time we got our Entrée's we were quite full. Brylie, our server was most accommodating and made sure our orders were made to our specifications. She kept coming back to make sure all was fine and kept refilling our glasses. The owner Aaron also came by a few times to make sure we were totally happy with our meals. If you look at the pictures below I'm sure you'll see the portions are Plentiful and L@@k Delicious. “Our go-to place for barbecue and fixings, vegetables, value, and service. Just a bit west of Jackson on Hwy. 70. Has daily specials and lots of food for the money. We especially like the pulled barbecue, cabbage, green beans, stir fried vegetables cooked in olive oil, cornbread, and pecan pie. We have not come close to eating everything that is available.“

“Went there for an early dinner. Waitress was busy so another lady took our drink orders which was 2 waters. Our waitress finally appeared and we explained to her that another lady had taken our drink orders but she never delivered them. Our original waitress ended up getting our drinks and then took our order. Evidently the original waitress was slammed with customers but when she was able she did check with us frequently asking us if there was anything else we needed. We will return in the future.“

“Visited today for lunch with a friend. We had a complex order and a Trainee. The order was done correctly, however, the amount wasn't. It was meant to be shared but they brought out two whole orders instead. Which was also fine. It tasted absolutely fresh and delicious.

She knew her job and she is good at it, she was patient with us. I did not know exactly what I wanted, she was attentive and courteous. THANKS Samantha T.! The world can take notes from you; it would be a better place if everyone had your kind demeanor. I would definitely recommend this place. The ice cream and the Great America cookies are PHENOMENAL!! I would rather go to the DMV and attempt to purchase a new shirt than check in here. Otherwise, it's a great place to eat.“

“It was a pleasant turnaround from our last visit. We hadn't been to Red Robin in Jackson in well over a year because of our last experience. At that time the service was terrible, the food quality had slipped, and it literally broke my heart to come to terms with the diminishing standard.

Today was a complete 180 from our experience last year. Under new management, I spoke with Managing partner, Jeff Brewer, and I gave him and his staff the review they have worked so hard to earn. Chris was our waiter and he was phenomenal! He really went above and beyond to make the experience all that it was meant to be. He was actually the shift supervisor and was out waiting tables, leading by example. I strongly urge people to give Red Robin in Jackson a second chance! They are working hard to restore the image!“

“The food is good, the service is terrible, the waitresses are talking very loudly all the time, they don't serve you, they prepare their food and forget to offer more coffee or anything you need, and finally, when paying, you have to leave them a tip. Because if they start yelling at you in front of other people, it happened to me and I felt attacked by the staff. I think that no one is obliged to leave a tip and this should be earned for the service you offer.“
