“They make the best Frappes I have ever had and I have sampled a lot of Frappes in my lifetime. They are above Starbucks by far and not to mention the food is amazing. I decided to try the chicken tacos last week and my daughter got some loaded fries. I was in food heaven. The punch card is an awesome perk because your 8th one is free and you aren’t limited to a small sized beverage. Definitely recommend The Roasted Bean“

“This place has the best selection of coffees. I don’t hardly drink coffee away from the house but my wife dragged me through here once and now I'm semi hooked every time we come to town!! Hopefully this business never develops the same morals and standards as Starbucks!“

“There was a small error to my order when I came in the next day and mentioned it Ted happily offered a resolve with some of the best customer service I’ve had since Covid and the declination of good service in customer service. Very clean and everything tastes great!“
“I was on a journey from Columbus, Ohio to Houston, Texas and it took me through Jackson Tennessee. I am a coffee snob. I used to roast coffee beans.
I was not happy that the coffee shop was not a standalone building but lost in some university somewhere. However, it was pretty easy to find because the coffee shop was on the sign out front. And the coffee shop was in the front of the building, inside of course. The building is the first magnificent building you see as you enter the campus.
I was excited that I had beat the rush because everyone was in class. I asked the barista what was on drip today. I am a drip coffee drinker. He seemed very reluctant to answer my question, but finally he answered that it was Colombian and that it was medium roast. (Insert eye roll here) “Medium roast?” Apparently no one does light or light to medium roast.
Because of his response, I only ordered a small. As I sipped on my coffee on my way back to interstate 40, I said to myself, “I should’ve gotten a large.”
This coffee snob liked the coffee!“

“We were passing through and needed our afternoon pick-me-up coffee. Google brought us to this location.
The store appeared to be new. The restroom is clean, and the staff is pleasant. They were busy on a Saturday at 3:00pm, which is expected with the outdoor temperature in the low 40s. The drinks took a little long to come out.“

“Oh, Green Frog Coffee Co., what can I say? It’s a coffee shop, but let’s be honest, I’m just here for the HoHo's eggrolls and that magical sweet vinegar sauce. I mean, who knew that a place primarily dedicated to coffee could also serve up an appetizer that could make angels weep? Now, don’t get me wrong—I wouldn’t want to cast too wide a net here and accidentally have to sample their actual food menu. That would be a slippery slope, and I’m not ready to ruin my love affair with those perfectly crispy, slightly addictive little bundles of joy. Let’s face it: who cares if they serve gluten-free quinoa salads with organic kale? Please. Just keep the eggrolls coming, and I’ll pretend I know what a balanced diet is. Ah, the sweet vinegar sauce… a concoction so delightful it could probably solve world peace. I’m sure the baristas roll their eyes every time I walk in and immediately ask for "the usual"—as if they don’t know me by now. They’ve probably got a secret dossier somewhere titled “That Eggroll Weirdo.” But really, who needs a caffeine kick when you can mainline these crispy treats instead? I’ve heard whispers of coffee and baked goods haunting the menu, but let’s be real: every time I step foot in Green Frog, it’s a one-way ticket to Eggroll City, population: Me. I can’t be bothered with muffins or lattes when I’m busy pretending I’m in an episode of ‘Chopped’ trying to recreate my own version of their sweet vinegar sauce. Spoiler alert: I fail every time. So, if you are looking to expand your culinary horizons beyond the realm of HoHo's eggrolls, good luck with that. I’ll be the one sitting in the corner chowing down and shamelessly pouring that magic sauce like I’m conducting a culinary experiment. Sure, the baristas are friendly, and the seating accommodates all you “normal” coffee-lovers out there, but for me? It’s all about the eggrolls, baby. Five stars for HoHo's, one star for any potential coffee drinkers who might accidentally walk in looking for caffeine and leave wondering why their life is so unfulfilled.“

“Easy in and out. I wished I had placed my order through the app. I decided to in this time. The menu to me is different than the app. Was given the wrong coffee, but it wasn't bad. Pretty good. I will try this one again. Nice store. Customer service was good.“

“Excellent hot coffee and warm friendly staff!“
“Employees Allie, Bunny, and Emily showed me more compassion and kindness than I’ve ever seen in another coffee shop, with a crazy line. Not only were they INSANELY kind to me, they made the best Starbucks coffee i’ve ever had. I think these employees need a raise STAT. 10/10 customer service from these beautiful individuals and I will be visiting again asap :)“
