I hate to make a negative review considering I’m a regular that comes through every single day for a drink. 90% of the time, my experience here is great! Friendly staff, good food and my favorite drink. The other 10% is when I’m met with the employee, Britney. I come through mostly in the mornings but the few times Ive come at night, Britney has been here. I usually go to sonic and have good service and order correct ! Tonight I went to get a cheeseburger and a drink and the young people was somewhat polite , got my drink and waited for my cheeseburger ! I finally got it and was wondering why a cheeseburger would be in a larger bag - until I got to looking and smelling that I got a cheeseburger and hopefully it’s what I wanted or ordered ! I don't think I've ever had a full on negative experience. The food is what I want & expect. The employees are always good, friendly, and attentive. I'm giving four stars bc thru the years I've had a few incorrect order, and it's always the same thing.. I order my son's burgers the same way every time, "A plain Junior hamburger; literally just a bun & a patty." Instead we receive a cheeseburger with pickle, mustard, and ketchup.
