The food was very good. The chimichanga which was fried flaky perfect and very tasty. The Fajita Burrito which was large, a nice mix of ingredients, and also tasty. The decor is fine. The staff looked a bit stretched but every restaurant in this area has the same problem right now. I would strongly recommend this restaurant.
The food and service are wonderful. Waiter took care of every need we did not have to hint him down. The food was amazing especially the salsa and guacamole. I give them an A+. Also there is a bogo event on Texas Fajitas right now and yes they serve alcohol

This is by far the best Mexican restaurant that my husband and I have ate at since being down here! They are welcoming and treat everyone with respect. I can’t rave enough about the great atmosphere, service, and amazing food! If you’re in Johnson City and craving some great authentic Mexican food, head on over to the Blue Corn Mexican Restaurant and you’ll be glad that you did!
