McDonald's in Johnson City

“Place was busy but the drive thru was fast and accurate they tried to accidentally give me someone else's order but it wasn't there fault someone drove off on them..and everyone makes mistakes ,but food was cheapest around for 2 hot sausages biscuits for 5 bucks and they was fast friendly and accurate after the incident..so I'm loving it 😅!!“

“When you order oatmeal and you specify that you want a butters for your oatmeal and six packs of Splenda with raisins and cranberries. And as a paying customer I expect to get exactly what I asked for granted if they're only supposed to give out so many butters per oatmeal then they should specify that and tell you anything other than that you will be charged additional fees for the butter. But they did not they got you with me over the butter and I told them I would be glad to pay for it but I still did not get the butter requested. That's bad service in my eye and I run my own business I know what customers satisfaction should be.

Parking: I know the customer is not always right by any means but when a customer asks for certain things please accommodate them even if it costs them let them know there will be additional charges some people would rather pay the additional charges and get what they want then they would not get what they want to make their food taste better to them so please start accommodating customers for what they asked for business would be a whole lot better if you would do so.“

“The drive-thru was slow but the food was hot and very good for McDonald's. This McDonald's has been a lot better since the remodeled it.

Parking: The parking is not close to the doors unless you park on the drive-thru side and go through the door they bring food out to everyone they have pulled up... which is a lot most of the time.“

“I wouldn't normally rate a McDonald's. Everyone knows what it is. This one on N Roan is the best one I've ever been to. The food is always fresh. Your order is always right. The sauce for your nuggets is always in the bag. You can't ask for much else.“
