“Actually shocked when I came here to leave my review that people are blasting this store. I visit this location frequently at various times of the day and have NEVER had a bad experience nor seen anyone else have one. I think more people need to speak up when something good happens instead of just complaining the one time something goes wrong. Let’s have a little grace going into the busy holiday season as these baristas spend time away from their families to serve ours 🫶🏻“
“This is the best Starbucks around here!! The employees at Ingles Starbucks are very nice and have memorized my drink I buy!! Makes it alot easier since they remember my order lol I tried the one in food city n they can't seem to make a Carmel ribbon crunch correctly let alone make it right with my extras. Highly recommend using Ingles Starbucks“
“Ian was the absolute best person I’ve ever encountered in any drive thru ever. From taking my order at the speaker to talking at the window- he was great. Polite, but also goofy and sharing jokes. I wish there were more Ian’s in the world.“

“I’ve enjoyed coming to this Starbucks. Recently the individual Starbucks stores have been out of so much but this one always has everything. Most of the employees know my roommate and I by now lol. Sumer suggested a certain way to make a drink we love and now we are even more addicted. The employees are all friendly, personable, and kind. I prefer to come to this Starbucks over any other Starbucks in town“

“I stopped by Starbucks (store #629). As I walked up to the counter, Abigail (Shift leader) and Alexis said hello. They were extremely friendly and very helpful, when I asked questions. They made a few suggestions about a drink, that I love to get. I have been in a lot of Starbucks, and I have never encountered a rude employee. Thank you Abigail and Alexis!“
