Slow, sloppy service, orders always wrong... no acknowledgement by staff of wrong order - and while waiting for updated order, another person came up and his order was wrong, then a 3rd person came in from drive thru with wrong order. Do better staff!
I live in Jonesborough and frequent this location often, but honestly, I’ve reached my limit with it. I’m at the point where I’d rather drive an extra 15 minutes out of my way just to go to the Johnson City location instead.

There’s nothing like Southern hospitality and going through the Taco Bell to order some really great food get it hot with awesome service and a warm and welcoming atmosphere says it all!! Awesome shout out to the team for a great visit!! We enjoyed the food and the packets of sauce.
