“My husband and I have been all over the United States traveling for his job. Last week we found ourselves traveling through the area headed towards Knoxville and jumped at the chance to finally eat at this restaurant. Top of The Rock is a very fitting name for sure lol The location did not disappoint. We were seated promptly and in no time (though obviously busy) our server brought water and introduced herself with an attitude and presents that was not only attentive but welcoming. She spoke to us like we had just sat down in her home for a meal with old friends. By the time we ordered our drinks and appetizer we had connected to her kindness in a way that made me feel like I never wanted to leave. ( that says a lot and means a lot to us specifically...its like she knew exactly what type of encounter we were hoping and NEEDING to have when it came to service) The food was great and the drinks were top notch. I would point anybody looking for an exceptional eating establishment to Top of The Rock. But what made our whole experience so memorable was the friendly and personable service. Mandy was warm and inviting with a southern drawl you think only exists in the movies lol Other servers we watched buzzing around were friendly as well but we grew quite partial to Mandys hospitality. She had told us she was fairly new to the job and we couldn't believe it! Get the Fish tacos! They are phenominal! and ask for Mandy if you wanna feel appreciated and comfortable. will recommend this place to everyone we know and for sure will be back!”

“The restaurant was very clean and we were greeted very friendly by the staff as soon as we walked in the restaurant. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive she made sure our order was taken in a timely manner even with her being very busy.Our food came out of the kitchen within 8 minutes after placing our order and everything was cooked up just right!”

Jefferson’s Restaurant truly exceeded our expectations! The quality of the food was outstanding — everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the care and quality in every bite. The flavors were rich, balanced, and absolutely delicious from start to finish.

The service was just as amazing as the food. A special thank you to Lady Willow (W-I-L-L-O-W) — she was incredibly presentable, polite, professional, and truly attentive. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of the entire time. Her positive energy and excellent customer service made our experience even more memorable.

We genuinely appreciated everything from the atmosphere to the food and service. Highly recommend Jefferson’s to anyone looking for great food and top-tier service. We will definitely be back! 😊”

“Kind staff. We went on a busy night. Spent a few hours waiting for food. Drinks were decent. The cheese on my quesadilla wasn't quite melted. All in all, an alright experience.”

“On the right as you enter Food City is a small Starbucks, with staff doing the best they can to make those sugarlishous caffeinated drinks. They do a decent job, I mean, I’ve not got a bad drink from the location and everyone is very friendly. So yes. If you are shopping and craving some good drink, this is a great choice.”

“Love me a beef and cheddar on a sesame bun. Hate they ditched the old straight fries years ago. This Arby's got our order correct and it was pretty quick.”

“I look at some of the reviews and I am surprised. We pickup weekly and it has always been great. KFC has the best spicy chicken sandwich and Mac & Cheese in the fast food industry. Our order is always ready and delicious.”

“We've really only bought donuts here. We call it Donut Day at home because we motivate the kids to get out of bed on Mondays to hopefully start the week of on a good note. We haven't had too many issues ordering. I think the only time we've had a problem was when ordering through the app but each time the problem gets solved. Staff is mostly friendly! We will continue to order here. I just wish they'd always give napkins without asking but that's ok!”

“Yesterday 10/10/25 was my first visit to Ramsey’s. We had BBQ Pork, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Slaw, & Fried Okra. Everything was delicious, fresh, & homemade! I could have eaten a huge bowl of that potato salad! EXCELLENT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The food is absolutely phenomenal! This is the best pizza that I’ve ever had. The staff is super friendly and they have an excellent happy hour from 2 to 5. The cleanliness is second to none they actually scored 100 on their last health inspection. I’m a local and if anybody is talking about pizza or anything good to eat I always direct them to Redpoint. If you sit upstairs like we do you have a real pretty view of the mountains.”

“This is the Burger Man with Best Burgers in America Association, and I was invited to score a burger for their restaurant, and it was an awesome visit. Their One Pound Double Cheeseburger was grilled and seasoned to perfection, the toppings were fresh, and the bun was strong enough to hold that big burger. The owners were awesome, down-to-earth people, and their Waitresses and customer service were on point. If you have never been here to eat, you got to go and you will love the food and the service, I promise you that. Get a burger and tell them that the Burger Man sent you.”

“We ordered the loaded potato. We expected a larger potato just because we typically get a larger potato at other BBQ places. The smoked pork wasn't bad it just wasn't our taste. Service was superb. Atmosphere very laid back. Clean restrooms. Always a plus! Outdoor seating available.”
