“My husband and I have been all over the United States traveling for his job. Last week we found ourselves traveling through the area headed towards Knoxville and jumped at the chance to finally eat at this restaurant. Top of The Rock is a very fitting name for sure lol The location did not disappoint. We were seated promptly and in no time (though obviously busy) our server brought water and introduced herself with an attitude and presents that was not only attentive but welcoming. She spoke to us like we had just sat down in her home for a meal with old friends. By the time we ordered our drinks and appetizer we had connected to her kindness in a way that made me feel like I never wanted to leave. ( that says a lot and means a lot to us specifically...its like she knew exactly what type of encounter we were hoping and NEEDING to have when it came to service) The food was great and the drinks were top notch. I would point anybody looking for an exceptional eating establishment to Top of The Rock. But what made our whole experience so memorable was the friendly and personable service. Mandy was warm and inviting with a southern drawl you think only exists in the movies lol Other servers we watched buzzing around were friendly as well but we grew quite partial to Mandys hospitality. She had told us she was fairly new to the job and we couldn't believe it! Get the Fish tacos! They are phenominal! and ask for Mandy if you wanna feel appreciated and comfortable. will recommend this place to everyone we know and for sure will be back!”

“As soon as we pulled in, we were reminded of the time we lived in San Felipe. We were greeted with a smile and excellent service. We ordered the Quesa Birria tacos. 4 tacos plus chips and salsa for $14 is a pretty good deal. The tacos were good. Not great. We also ordered the elotè which was not good. They use canned corn. Maybe fresh corn is not in season but it did not have good flavor. All in all, this is excellent mexican food for a place like Tennessee. This would be slightly below average if it were in Mexico. I was going to give 3 or 4 stars. I gave 4 because the have Mexi-Coke. 😋”

“The restaurant was very clean and we were greeted very friendly by the staff as soon as we walked in the restaurant. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive she made sure our order was taken in a timely manner even with her being very busy.Our food came out of the kitchen within 8 minutes after placing our order and everything was cooked up just right!”

“Stopped by here coming from Nooga, got a 12 pc for the fam and another order of just 8 pc. strips. Started to drive off and decided to check the order. Sure enough the 8pc. was not in there. Came back around and the chick who filled the order had her manager take the complaint instead. He was extremely polite and professional. Reached back in the back and got us hot and steamy tenders straight out of the basket!! Plus the fries were fresh out and hot!

Sometimes it pays to be nice and just tell ‘em what happened!

Parking: Plenty of parking and handicap spaces.

Kid-friendliness: Kids meals as well as high chairs and boosters.

Wheelchair accessibility: Typical wheelchair ramp and wide door entrance.”

“On the right as you enter Food City is a small Starbucks, with staff doing the best they can to make those sugarlishous caffeinated drinks. They do a decent job, I mean, I’ve not got a bad drink from the location and everyone is very friendly. So yes. If you are shopping and craving some good drink, this is a great choice.”

“Love me a beef and cheddar on a sesame bun. Hate they ditched the old straight fries years ago. This Arby's got our order correct and it was pretty quick.”

“I am so happy this location has a drive through! With the order screen being touch screen it is so convenient, especially with kids. Usually quick service and friendly employees! Never had an issue with our order either.”

“We've really only bought donuts here. We call it Donut Day at home because we motivate the kids to get out of bed on Mondays to hopefully start the week of on a good note. We haven't had too many issues ordering. I think the only time we've had a problem was when ordering through the app but each time the problem gets solved. Staff is mostly friendly! We will continue to order here. I just wish they'd always give napkins without asking but that's ok!”

“I almost gave this place a three star review. The service was fine (I long ago gave up ordering from an order taker since most Taco Bell employees don't seem to know what Fresco style is, and since it is on their app and kiosk, I'd rather explain to them what that is than argue if they have it). I didn't have much employee contact at this place, but what little I had was terrific. The food quality was not five star quality. It wasn't quite bad enough to go with three stars for the place though and I don't know how much of the bad experience was just me showing up to a short staffed team vs just negligence.”

“Breakfast quick and hot... always good service at McDonald's in the mornings in my experiences driving across the country. This location was on point. In, and out, and order correctly as well. There's a drive thru with plenty of room for small to medium sized trailers.”

“Yesterday 10/10/25 was my first visit to Ramsey’s. We had BBQ Pork, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Slaw, & Fried Okra. Everything was delicious, fresh, & homemade! I could have eaten a huge bowl of that potato salad! EXCELLENT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The food is absolutely phenomenal! This is the best pizza that I’ve ever had. The staff is super friendly and they have an excellent happy hour from 2 to 5. The cleanliness is second to none they actually scored 100 on their last health inspection. I’m a local and if anybody is talking about pizza or anything good to eat I always direct them to Redpoint. If you sit upstairs like we do you have a real pretty view of the mountains.”

“This is the Burger Man with Best Burgers in America Association, and I was invited to score a burger for their restaurant, and it was an awesome visit. Their One Pound Double Cheeseburger was grilled and seasoned to perfection, the toppings were fresh, and the bun was strong enough to hold that big burger. The owners were awesome, down-to-earth people, and their Waitresses and customer service were on point. If you have never been here to eat, you got to go and you will love the food and the service, I promise you that. Get a burger and tell them that the Burger Man sent you.”
