Applebee's in Knoxville

“Idk man, it's an Applebee's. Can't really expect much. Bartender was friendly as hell, you could tell he enjoyed his job. Seemed like a cool guy. Beer was cold. Steak was too. But not sure what I expected when I ordered a steak from an Applebee's lol. Mozzarella sticks were surprisingly really good.“

“Our server, Isaac, was amazing and truly made our dining experience enjoyable. He was incredibly proactive, he let us know an order came out wrong before even bringing it to the table and assured us he was already fixing it. That level of attention really stood out.

He was also very accommodating, which made a big difference dining with a rambunctious three-year-old. Despite us ordering a lot of mixed drinks for the table, everything came out quickly and smoothly. we never felt like we were waiting.

At one point, we thought we had lost our card, and Isaac went out of his way to help my husband look for it. We ended up finding it in our car, but his willingness to help made a stressful moment much easier.

There were several moments where our experience could have gone wrong, but thanks to Isaac’s attentiveness and proactive approach, everything went seamlessly. We really appreciated it and will definitely be back!“

“My husband and I frequent here often and over the years we’ve witnessed the highs and lows but overall it’s been pleasant. This store is so lucky to have their manager Kayla she went above and beyond to rectify and correct a hiccup we had in our recent visit and truly amazed me the grace and empathy that woman carried. Our server was avery, keep doing what you’re doing girl, this jobs hard and not for the weak, but you’re doing great. No negative review ever does any good, but communication and good management will take places far 🫶🏼“
