Babalu is a great spot for craft cocktails and delicious food. The Blood Orange Margarita is a must-try, and the Huevous Rancheros is always a good choice. The hostess and servers are helpful and accommodating, making for a pleasant dining experience. The charcuterie board appetizer is a highlight, and the birria tacos have great flavor. However, some dishes, like the street corn, may be overcooked. The bartender provides excellent service, and the Cuban sandwich and chopped salad with grilled shrimp are popular favorites. Overall, Babalu is a great choice for lunch or a pre-concert meal.
