Food missing from order. Rude employees who like to speak terrible to customers over the phone then just hang up on them. Even more rudeness when I drove 18 minutes one way to get items they left out of order and being told “you’re not the the only customers we have”. 👌 so unprofessional! Cold Meal for dinner tonight!
This last sunday I went to Burger King at around 2:45 with my two children. There was three cars ahead of me, they already ordered, I ordered and pulled up.... 15 minutes later it was my turn to pay (2 vehicles behind us left because the wait was so terrible) we got up to the window and the girl didnt even say hi, an apology for the wait... nothing, just our total.
