Excellent food, every time. Service has always been great. This is one of our favorites in Knoxville.
Great food and a great atmosphere with perfect lighting. The music was great and at a perfect level. Acoustics were great. You can hear each other talk and it is not loud I. There. To me this is the quintessential “old Knoxville” great restaurant. We are lucky to have it.
I recommend Cappuccinos! We made reservations and it was not a problem. We got there and they immediately took us to our table and the service was fast. The food was very fresh and delicious. There wasn’t anything I wasn’t happy with.

The atmosphere feels like a high-class 1980s restaurant, creating a relaxing environment, though some may find the music a bit outdated. While the service is attentive, kind, and professional, the food can sometimes be a little too fancy for some tastes. The baked manicotti is great, and the veal piccata and chicken marsala are tasty, though not prepared authentically. The old-fashioned cocktail is a nice touch. Desserts like cannoli and tiramisu are excellent and well worth trying. The restaurant is not ideal for small children, but they do have a wonderful kids menu. The meatball appetizer could use more meatballs, but overall, Cappuccino's provides good food and offers a variety of flavors, making it a place worth visiting again to try different dishes.
